News from the Pacific Justice Institute
Less than a week after Californias gay history mandate went into effect, a new pro-LGBT bill introduced last week promises to stir even more controversy.
AB 266, sponsored by Assemblyman and comedian Tom Ammiano (D-San Francisco), would require schools to allow students to participate on sports teams according to their gender identity, not their biological sex.
This is no joke. That means that a boy who claims that he identifies as female would have the right to try out for the girls basketball team, potentially taking away an opportunity from a girl who might otherwise make the team.
This bill will potentially turn long established federal law that provides equal opportunities for boys and girls to participate in school athletics on its head, said chief counsel Kevin Snider.
But thats not all. The bill also mandates access to opposite-sex facilities, apparently including locker rooms.
According to its text, This bill would require that a pupil be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs, activities, and facilities, including athletic teams and competitions, consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupils records.
Critics say the implications of the bill are staggering. One such critic is Brad Dacus, president of Pacific Justice Institute, which will be opposing the bill.
Those afflicted with Gender Identity Disorder need professional counseling and our compassion, not more mandates that do not serve the best interests of our children, he said.

Why is it that most of these gender identity disorder stories seem to come from left leaning states? Are they the only places with such a large number of confused youths? Totally messed up. This opens the door for a litany of abuses.
What about size descrimination? Do we have to let wrestlers compete in whatever weight class they identify with?
the obamites would never manage to secure west coast basing rights for the navy from california kommisar jerry moonbeam.

The only part of the coast worth saving is San Diego and that is for military purposes.
You beat me to it.
Dammit! Where were the hot 20-something teachers when I was in High School?!
Free passes to the girls locker room?! Coed showers?!!
I may have to invent something to make me 16 again instead of 42!
This could be the end of Title IX.
Same thing with Provincetown, MA.
According to this link, the bill has been pulled.
Attention Admin Moderator, please pull this thread. Thank you!
---------------------
I don't recommend pulling the thread, the proposed legislation is factual in existance.
Discussion would be improper only if the bill was entirely fictitious and nonexistent.
It will be back, and the citizenry should be informed so as to give it the welcome and attention it deserves.

I think Navy Patriot has a good point. Also, you (Navy Patriot) didn't include the Admin Moderator with your post, so I thought I would to bring up your point.

Even though this legislation was pulled before it was voted on, no doubt the homosexual sicko backers will try again. Maybe in your state! Be aware of what they are up to.
Thanks for catching my oversight.
they will will try and try because these freaks and yes DHS they are freaks and do unnatural acts with each other and turd poking is unnatural , same as a woman wearing a strap on or people mutilating themselves and then saying they are a different sex.
Yes DHS your cocktail party elitist pals up north are looked as freaks from us down here.
And fall to our deaths!
If your state wasn’t so hot and flat I’d want to move there!
LOL. My mind’s in the gutter.
I read the words ‘Size discrimination’ and thought of *ahem* men.
You know, guys’ locker room,size....
ah see where we are we get cold, frost etc , yet go about an hour drive south and you see different palm trees which I cannot grow.
Also I chose this county because there is not one rat in power, all are republicans and it is one of the most republican counties in the state and we’re not broke and still growing .
As for flat, , well I’ll give you that compared to where you are but we do have small rolling hills which turn into mountains if you go into north GA and there is snow too and then there is the beautiful smoky mountains
You and hubby ever take a trip over here give us a shout and the family will meet you
