I don't recommend pulling the thread, the proposed legislation is factual in existance.
Discussion would be improper only if the bill was entirely fictitious and nonexistent.
It will be back, and the citizenry should be informed so as to give it the welcome and attention it deserves.

I think Navy Patriot has a good point. Also, you (Navy Patriot) didn't include the Admin Moderator with your post, so I thought I would to bring up your point.
