(CBS News)
Michelle Obama said depictions of friction in a new book, "The Obamas," between her and former top aides to her husband, President Obama, aren't true.
In a wide-ranging interview with "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King, the first lady also said that some have tried to portray her as an "angry black woman" since Mr. Obama first announced he was seeking the presidency.
" ... I guess it's more interesting to imagine this conflicted situation here and a strong woman and-- you know? But that's been an image that people have tried to paint of me since the day Barack announced, that I'm some angry black woman."
"The Obamas," written by New York Times reporter Jodi Kantor, reports that there was tension with former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanual and with former presidential Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.
But Mrs. Obama told King that simply wasn't so.
"Rahm is -- and Amy, his wife, are some of our dearest friends," Mrs. Obama says. "Rahm and I have never had a cross word. He's a funny guy."

That's because you ARE an ANGRY BLACK WOMAN! Real people (not sycophant hanger on "friends of Obama") see you for exactly what you are: a radical angry black woman who thinks she is "your Excellency" Marie Antoinette.
very sad but you are correct.
NAIL ON HEAD.
One white kid and 15 blacks and the room is diverse.
One black kid and 15 whites and the room is not diverse.
I swear liberalism is a mental disease helped on by other liberals who tell them that they are correct or by parents who say kids need to find themselves at aged 5.
One of the signs that someone is deliberately lying is the wide open eyes and wrinkled forehead.
Yep. There have been countless tell-all books about how presidents and First Ladies have been nasty to the staff. Think back to the books about Hillary throwing an ash tray at a Secret Service agent and getting into screaming fights in the White House. Think about how Nancy Reagan was portrayed in books as "cold" to the staff. Yet when the exact same thing is written about Obama, its racial.

The last few lines of your post reminds me of a truism:
Liberals love the masses, but hate people.
Conservatives hate the masses but love people.
Being a human being is personal. Personal relationships with other people. Anything else is only relevant in marketing and politics.
I wouldn’t call her an angry black woman. I’d call her an angry amazon.
I do sometimes wonder if she has a red hourglass on her tummy. But, then, the little guy is still alive, so probably not.
good way of putting it.
I always say conservatives look at people and judge them as who they are.
The left loves to look at people by race, religion etc.
And, she has toned arms. Don't forget about the toned arms.
It just shows the “diversity” push is an anti-traditional American culture movement.
And to extrapolate, it is actually a anti-Christian movement, as traditional American culture is based on Judeo-Christian values.
agree with that.
She’s a Winnie Mandela wanna-be. If she had the power, she’d be ‘necklacing’ those who displease her. Just like Winnie did.
Scary thing is, she’s not that far from wielding the power she seeks.
" Help lift us up, help us fight this fight to change transform this country in a fundamental way. This chance wont come around again."
