CONCORD, N.H. President Obama is on the Democratic ballot for New Hampshires primary on Tuesday, despite the efforts of some Republican state legislators who argue the president doesnt qualify as a natural-born citizen.
I dont know where he was born, and I really dont care, said state Rep. Larry Rappaport of Colebrook, N.H., but I think fraud is being perpetrated on the citizens of New Hampshire.
Mr. Rappaport and several GOP colleagues have been trying to get the New Hampshire secretary of state to remove Mr. Obama from the ballot. Their argument isnt focused on the old question of the presidents birthplace, but on a clause in the U.S. Constitution that requires a candidate to be a natural-born citizen.
The Republican legislators and their supporters say Mr. Obama doesnt meet the definition of natural-born citizen because his father was Kenyan. They are relying on an 1875 Supreme Court decision that said a natural-born citizen is someone whose parents are both U.S. citizens at the time of his or her birth.

few years late
Better late than never. Wait until it gets to Arizona, where Sheriff Joe has been on the case, or New York, where The Donald has been investigating.

If he’s a U.S. citizen then I’m the Queen of France.
Ha ha ha ,You are kidding about The Donald -—right?
That Donald isn’t doing squat except promoting himself.
What happened to The Donald’s Hawaiian investigation that never was?
You may be right; however, I am hoping that he is withholding his findings until he can make the most impact during the campaign season. There's no reason to bring it out now and give the Dem propagandists a lot of lead time to blow smoke up everyone's @ss.

A lot of people has said, “Why doesn’t Obama just provide his BC and shut everyone up?”
It’s because he doesn’t have a BC...I think he was born in a mud hut in Kenya with some witch doctor shaking bones over him and mid-wife pulling him out.....
“France doesn’t have a queen.”
It was a joke.

How can anyone who had and still has the choice of UK, Kenyan, or even Indonesian citizenship possibly be a "Natural Born Citizen?"
Now, if only I could ask that question in an American court.
La Belle France definitely has a Queen, Margarita de Bourbon. Just because the peasants and socialists don't recognize her husband, King Louis XXI,(or close to that #) as their rightful sovereign doesn't mean we Royalists don't.
I shall take your case before King Ronald I of Biffeche. You may throw yourself upon his mercy, as he is quite understanding about lese majeste.
Furthermore, ml, my exhaustive research published on this site (and nowhere else) has definitively proven that the Soetoro boy may well be

*... of course this guy could just about be anyone, just a question of paperwork and a SS#. Just give me a week and a MAC and I'll get you a BC.
I am just a wee bit curious why these cases against O’Bummer are coming out at the same time that ROMNEY is being questioned about his origins since his daddy George, born in Mexico, never established American citizenship.(People were talking about George’s eligibility in ‘67 and ‘68 but it became a moot point after George screwed up himself and his WH hopes with his famous “brainwashing” remark)
Curious timing, to me at least. Eligibility controversies. Obozo. Romney. New Hampshire & NH primary.
Actually, I have long suspected that a big reason why Republican “leaders” have taken a “hands off” approach to Obama’s eligibility was because they would like the Dems to do the same with their “Golden Boy,” Willard.
So far, the two parties have gotten away with it but the camouflage seems to be falling off—at last.
