Call to Arms - All Conservatives Let's Back Newt Gingrich - Calling Palin, Cain & Rush

This is an appeal to all long-time conservatives. Let's start lining up behind Newt Gingrich, as Thomas Sowell, Art Laffer, JC Watts, Jim Robinson (Free Republic honcho) and others have. The hazzard of holding back an endorsement is that the media, pudits and PAC TV commercials will continue to shape negative opinion against Newt and we may lose our best conservative warrior. The result of the media, pundit and PAC TV onslaught may cause the nominee to be Romney or Santorum. Romney is a moderate and Santorum does not have the experience to Push the conservative agenda in the general election or if elected in the Washington DC - Congressional War Zone. I want to urge Sarah Palin, Herman Cain and Rush Limbaugh to endorse Gingrich now before they lose their voice to the LOUD voices of the media, pundit and PAC TV. He who hesitates is lost.

The incompetence is feigned. The GOP is intended to be an ineffectual storefront operation. The GOP is to conservatives what Vidkun Quisling was to Norwegian national defense.

It is so sad to see so many supposedly principled conservatives swallow the GOP's slide to the left so willingly. They cheer when the Gutless Old Pretenders do the things that used to bring condemnation and scorn when done by the Democrats.

You're way off comparing Newt to Mitt. Newt has a 90% conservative voting record. Only Bachmann was more conservative and she's no longer in the race.

I completely agree. And add Herman Cain to Newt's camp.

POTUS 2012 requires a fighter and a leader who can motivate the electorate. Newt is the best combination of those two qualities hands down.

DC apparatchiks steal our money at gunpoint, skim off the top for themselves and their friends, and then redistribute it in exchange for votes.

Anybody who thinks this is going to be stopped via the electoral process is insane.

The US Federal Government post Civil War has turned into a criminal enterprise run by lawyers and bureaucrats for their own perpetual enrichment at the expense of the productive class.

It has also ceased to be a representative Republic and has turned into a sure to fail Democracy.

The Founders didn't put a right to vote into the Constitution for a very simple reason; they didn't want imbeciles, those under 21, and lazy parasites to be enfranchised, in fact warned against it, leaving the States to determine who could cast ballots.

Doesn't have to be blood in the streets , the military can fire every single one of these clowns and start from scratch.

Provisional military government for 6 months, then new elections for all congressional seats and the WH, incumbents need not apply, strict term limits.

Only tax paying citizens and veterans are enfranchised in the new Republic.

The Republic can be be reset with all Amendments other then the original Bill of Rights repealed.

“Dueling” legalized within Washington DC limits.

Problem solved

The franchise must be limited and determined by the states.

Incorporate term limits and rotate the Capital amongst the States.

Wait, are we talking about the same Newt who supports Individual Mandates, the Fairness Doctrine, government action on Global Warming, is attacking Romney for making too much money, and is appearing with James Clyburn today?

My biggest problem is that too many so-called Conservatives are really just Republicans and don't give a crap about conservative values just so long as a (R) gets elected, liberal or not.
