That has happened too often unfortunately for the public welfare and safety. No knock entry should be limited to life threatening situations not drugs or other non-violent crimes. LE is not protecting and serving when they are putting the public at risk such as no knock entry at the wrong address.

It’s not only wrong addresses, SWAT is being used on BS CRIMES now. Fish and game raided a man’s home because they thought he took more than the legal limit.

Apparently we as a society thinks the war on drugs is in the national interest to the degree that these human losses (on both sides) are acceptable.

What puzzles me is that we can’t keep drugs out of prisons and government schools, much less off the street... And we make some of the most addictive and damaging drugs, alcohol and tobacco, legal so we can tax them.

Our niece’s husband, officer Burrell was in surgery all night. Grazed to the head and shot in the chest.

YeaH, and the morning paper reports that one of the officers has died. It’s so tragic! That area of Ogden is a nest of crime, drugs and gangs, so I’m not surprised they sent in a team.
