The liberty Legal Foundation has announced that the case pending in Georgia, challenging Obama’s eligibility, has been ACCEPTED.
This is great news considering Obama and his team of attorneys had been actively trying to have this case DENIED!!
The Georgia court in agreeing to hear the case could well be setting the stage for other states in which quite similar cases are pending. Arizona and Tennessee both have such cases waiting right now.
This case, in Georgia, deals specifically with the Natural Born Citizen issue.
In a previous article, we brought up the Minor vs Happersett case from 1875 in which the Supreme Court defined a NBC as one who has 2 parents which were citizens at the time of the subject’s birth. We also cited 3 other cases in which the Supreme Court, previous to the Minor case, said the same thing.

At some point, when it starts getting dicey for Zero, some brown-nosing judge or even a majority of some sychophant court will step in and declare the supplicants to be without standing!

I watched in horror as they "disappeared" HALF A MILLION hits on image searches for "obama birth certificate" in mid-July 2008.
The surviving hits were bowls of fruit, puppies, parties, and such.
And their slogan is "Don't be Evil"? yeah, riiiiiight...
Will a judge find that a dual citizen at birth is qualified as an NBC. That's a big leap.
Multiple citizenships. A man could be born here, grow up in Germany as a German citizen, come back to the USA, and while collecting his German Pension as a German citizen he could run for president.
The possibilities are endless. The Presidency would be an international position.
We have Turkish women flying here every day to give birth, and return home. The highest office of our land would be open to them and the Turkish government.
Amazing, even if it’s not a court-court, it’s the first time I’ve seen any authority whatsoever issue a ruling vs. Barry on his eligibility for the Office of POTUS.
My question(s) would be, a) can this GA agency require more than a birth certificate, and b) can it undertake the issue of interpreting ‘natural born Citizen?’
It’d be ironic, if he were kept off the GA ballot, to see Team Obama running to SCOTUS to determine his eligibility.

It is exceedingly common for challenges to Obama's eligibility to be dismissed on any pretext.

If the whole thing was so utterly ridiculous, as 0bama says, why would they bother contesting this? Wouldn't they rather see it fall on its face without their opposition?

LOL Riiiiight! They’re going to rule that 0bama isn’t NBC even though the case is totally absurd (0bama’s position) if they don’t send a team of high-powered lawyers to fight it. /s
