Gingrich: Every Reason to Believe Obama Born in U.S. (Avoids Natural Born Citizen)
Fox News ^ | December 29, 2011 | Joy Lin

Posted on 12/29/2011 4:22:24 PM PST by Smokeyblue

Newt Gingrich routinely fields questions during his campaign stops and during the event showcasing Art Laffer's endorsement, a woman who had been sititing on stage behind him asked Gingrich for clarification about President Obama's country of birth.

SNIP

"All I can report is the state of Hawaii has certified that he was born there," Gingrich continued.

Gesturing to his wife beside him, he said, "We both were with a taxi driver one day who showed us the hospital. There is every reason to believe he is a citizen of the United States. The fact that he's already a terrible president, we don't have to go beyond that and try to find something beyond that."

Totally misses the whole point — it doesn’t matter even if he was born exactly where he claims (in Hawaii), it wouldn’t even matter if he was born in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House! He would STILL be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States.

Not surprised - I honestly don’t think that ANYONE in our government (or politicians who are well-acquainted with Capitol Hill) wants to address the real problems in our country, if they can’t even address something as easy as qualifications and is written down in black and white in our Constitution what hope do we have that they will address ANYTHING in a manner that benefits the people, and not just themselves and their friends?

I wasn’t talking to you, and I’m still not.....but thanks for getting offended for absolutely no reason and for showing a breathtaking ability to miss context.

It’s like the Instant Replay Rule in football: unless overwhelming and convincing evidence if produced, then they aren’t going to overturn the ruling on the field.

He is NOT a terrible president. He is NOT a president.

Well that's just dandy. Problem is, the entire world thinks he is. The staff of Air Force One goes where he tells them. The Secret Service protects him. He gets the salary. His wife gets an unlimited budget courtesy of the tax payers. And he stands behind that podium with the President's seal on it. Throws a kink into your theory.

So now your crystal ball shows you I’m offended. You’re just the king of jerkish/false assumptions, aren’t you? The fact that I can recognize a stunning level of obnoxiousness doesn’t suggest I’m offended. But you go on believing it, if it makes you feel better.

I honestly share your concern on this issue. But it’s not a winning issue. Most people are ill-educated as to why it matters and that’s why you aren’t seeing more concern over it.

But, like it or not, the media, the Dems, and the establishment, have been successful in turning this issue into one that only the fringe would find of interest. There is nothing that can be done.

If, however, you take back congress, you can turn an investigative committee onto this issue and there will be nobody who can stop it.

Because many like you believe the ineligibility question won’t remove the usurper, so they don’t do a darn thing about it. That is why he is still there! Try unite against him - millions of us storming congress, demanding obama be investigated and removed when found to be constitutionally ineligible! But nooooo, everything else is more important than ensuring the president meets the qualification!
You deserve obama!

Obama has never claimed to be a natural born citizen, as he admits to dual nationality due to his father being a subject of Great Britain.

South Carolina has a court case right now that may lead to BHO2 being declared ineligible to be on the November 2012 ballot. Why? Because his father was not a U.S.citizen and thus BHO2, who has acknowledged that fact publicly, it not eligible.

Should be interesting to see what happens in South Carolina. In the meantime the Republican candidates should stay away from the subject as the LSM will only label them as kooks.

If BHO2 is kept off ballots in enough states the issue will draw the attention of the LSM, IMHO.

Why don’t you do that?

Get all the people who have a concern about Obama’s eligibility, organize, and do a sit-in Washington until Obama is forced out.

If you think this is workable, go for it.

Sigh.

No court has heard this case. They all said it was not the plaintiff’s business, that it was either too late or too early to do anything about it, or that not enough was at stake.

I have shown on my blog that neither the short-form nor the long-form was legally certified by HI. (My blog is at http://www.butterdezillion.wordpress.com and if you look around you can find the information I’m talking about; let me know if you need direct links.)

The short-form has a “seal” that didn’t distort when the paper it was supposedly on was folded, so it is clearly photoshopped onto the photo image. (I used the scientific method to try to replicate the result that the photo had on it, and there is no way that “seal” was on that paper when it was folded; that result can never be replicated in real life.)

And the long-form has neither the 2 1/4 inch official DOH seal (the remnants of a seal are about a 1/2 inch too small) nor the image of the State of Hawaii seal - at least one of which is required to be on an officially-certified copy of a birth certificate according to the Administrative Rules governing vital records. So the rules themselves tell us that this was not officially, legally certified by the HI Department of Health. If they sent Obama a legally certified copy as they claimed, it was something different than what Obama posted, and they know that full well.

But then, the HDOH has been caught in a LOT of really fishy stuff. That’s on my blog as well.

Which seems to be pretty common when dealing with Obama’s records, since E-verify shows that the social security number Obama has been using was never issued to him - a fact also indirectly confirmed by Judge Lamberth who agreed that the gender of any person who applied and received that number has not already been disclosed - which wouldn’t be the case if Obama was the person who applied for and received the number that he disclosed on his tax return.

And the Selective Service Administration disclosed a draft registration form that had an automatic date stamp of 08, not the ‘80 that they tried to pass it off as having. IOW, somebody at that office forged a registration form for Obama in 2008.

The Passport Office had 3 breaches of Obama’s passport file - all of which involved ignoring the security protocols just for those 3 times. The inspector general didn’t even claim to have investigated whether Obama’s file was altered.

The Passport Office also submitted to a judge a “cable” that claimed that tens of thousands of passport applications were destroyed after the retention period was changed - even though the required records of such a change and such a destruction don’t exist. And records that would supposedly have been destroyed actually were NOT destroyed, because they’ve been disclosed.

The judges who have been involved in the cases have engaged in numerous ethics breaches - some of them flagrant.

There is way, way more to be said than I can get in this one post, but this is a start.

"In the meantime the Republican candidates should stay away from the subject as the LSM will only label them as kooks."

They will label them as kooks regardless.

The candidate that understands and can explain the issue, and stands up for the rule of law, would soar in the polls.

It would be fun watching the media heads explode. Particularly the cowards and traitors over at FOX News.

Your rant is childish. I have nothing to do with the fact that you haven’t mobilized millions. The Hawaii birth is dubious but I don’t believe provable. I wish it were, but it’s not and I can’t change that. I just can’t.

And there is not a clear cut case on the NBC issue. There just isn’t.

Meanwhile, there are clear cut cases that can mobilize folks to remove Obama. I am sorry your chosen reason is not one of them. I really am. I would be for removing him for whatever reason. But I cannot take responsibility for this.

I didn't call it a quote, I believe I called a “teaching”. Gee, I did...

You know there is a wonderful teaching from the bible

Proverbs wraps it up best ... As a dog returns to his own vomit, So a fool repeats his folly

“All he could report” isn’t even true. The State Of Hawaii didn’t certify either of the forgeries Obama presented online. I just posted about that to you so I won’t explain it again right now.

Obama did claim to be a natural born citizen to the state of Az in the ‘PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE ELECTION
CANDIDATE NOMINATION PAPER’.
In his own resolution 511, he acknowledges that McCain is a natural born citizen because he was born to 2 USA citizen parents. Then he claims to be a nbc even though he admits that he was born to a Brit citizen father!

All Gingrich has to say is:
‘I am a natural born citizen of USA because I was born in USA to 2 USA citizen parents. How about Obama?’
