In a confidential deposition with congressional investigators, the then-head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives blamed agents, field supervisors and even his top command for never advising him that for more than a year, his agency allowed illegal gun sales along the southwestern U.S. border. * * * Once Fast and Furious broke into public view, Melson said, Justice officials strenuously objected when he wanted to disclose everything to Congress. "We were floating the idea and asking them to allow us to do that," he said. But he said he was told "it is a long-standing policy of the Department of Justice that we don't talk about ongoing cases."

holder screwed the pooch under oath... we just need a big pair of testicles in DC to impeach. Mark Levin as head of justice would prosecute everyone including obama and moochelle. There is hope... even after the next election... depends on whether we elect a Patriot or a pair of "depends"

Melson knew. We know it, and he knows it. He was warned about playing these games and his head is going on the chopping block with the rest of the traitors.
Len told you something like this would happen Melson. Issa has the proof that you knew. Lying isn’t going to help you at all.

More lies trying to cover for the Wons involvement.
The "WON" has his fingerprints and DNA all over this one. No one in any branch of government would have authorized this sort of operation without approval from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.Even Holder isn't that brave.

I don't believe Melson at all. He knew all about it. This started at the top with Obama.
BATF Head Melson Implicates DOJ In Surprise July 4th Testimony
http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/07/batf_head_melson_implicates_doj_in_surprise_july_4th_testimony.html
BATF head Melman was placed in a particularly bad light by the earlier testimony of agents, some of whom depicted him watching the illegal gun deals go down on closed circuit TV and literally rubbing his hands with glee. Melman, a temporary appointee, was set up to fall on his sword for Fast and Furious and was apparently under a great deal of pressure from the Obama Administration to 'resign'. Instead, he resisted and said he wanted to testify before the investigative committee, but in order to do that, he needed clearance from the Department of Justice.

If it took a special prosecutor to investigate the Joe and Valerie Wilson allegations of wrong doing it sure as hell needs one to sort out this one... Why is there no hue and cry for such an action?
To: AtlasStalled
Blame it on the janitors. They were probably writing notes and e-mails at night sending guns across the border.
Might’v been the cafeteria help too or the guys in the mail room, somebody, anybody but the head man, Sgt. Schultz.
