Is Michelle Obama's spending 'spiralling out of control'? First Lady 'insisted on $4m trip to Hawaii when her husband wanted local vacation'
Michelle Obama insisted on a pricey holiday to Hawaii when her husband would have rather gone to a presidential retreat, according to reports.
She allegedly wanted the taxpayer-funded $4million trip when Barack Obama sought instead to make the short trip to Camp David in Maryland.
Political sources told the National Enquirer that the 47-year-old’s spending is rocketing and she even went on a shopping spree before the Hawaii trip.

‘The President’s advisers have told him that Michelle’s spending has spiralled “completely out of control”,’ one source told the National Enquirer.
‘Barack read his wife the riot act, but his words fell on deaf ears. Michelle said there was “no way” she was going to disappoint her daughters.’
The First Family has already attracted criticism as their annual vacation in Hawaii this year is likely to be their most expensive ever.

This trash is doing everything they can to destroy what remains of the dignity of the Oval Office after Clinton’s shenanigans. Hussein never saw the Presidency for what it is- the highest position of public service. That’s why he was such a good campaigner but such a poor executive in office. Other than the opportunities it gives him to enact his hatred of America and all the good things it has meant, to him it’s no more than being elected “most popular person” combined with utmost political power. He is a petty little person with a petty little mind and has shrunk the office of President to ft him accordingly. His wife is what he would he be if he didn’t have real power. He uses his power to engage in his petty vendettas and grudges. She goes shopping. They are both trash acting like trash. This is what we have in the White House after all the great men who’ve been there.
I’ve wondered, if he is re-elected (perish the thought) what he’ll use instead of Greek columns this time. This is our “American Idol” president only with real power to harm this nation, though he’s a petty little person using this power.

Has it been verified that Bo went with the First Wookie to Hawaii and then was flown back for the photo op? All I've seen is a blog speculating without verification...not saying it wouldn't have been done, just want proof before I go spreading this "rumor".
Antoinette gambled and spent to exalt herself in the eyes of the court. And by age 21 had been shunned by her own husband as having “lost her grace.”
There are far more likenesses than differences. Both countries in deep debt... Lack of marital bliss showing in all forms of public relations displays... The wife with rumors of running about with members of the court...(Michelle has a body-guard on the side?) To the extravagant travels ... The are key and core likenesses more so than just the, "Let them eat cake," attitude. Or in the case of Michelle..."Eat your peas."

Extravagent vacations with this money is obscene, especially in this economy and speaks to the moral impoverishment of Michelle Obama.
They did this out of compassion to identify with 10,000 99%-families living on unemployment? They have about 9,990,000 more families to go? I see.
