Makes me want to visit Wisconsin, register as an illegal alien Dim just so I can vote for Walker next time around - might as well make some of the illegal vote count for the good guys...

I don’t live in Wisconsin but I do admire Gov. Walker and certainly hope he is NOT recalled. That would be a travesty.

Boy do I admire this guy. I wish my state had a Gov half as strong.

Merry Christmas

I have great admiration for him... he sticks to his guns like none other.

Help me out, WI FReepers.. just so I have some argument points vs. a couple libs from WI... what is the deal with the lost jobs over the past few months? Is it due to unease over the possibility Walker will be recalled, or is something else at work? Just trying to get a handle on it. Thanks.

Absolutely!

He has accomplished much more than what has even come to light yet.

Scott Walker ranks as a contender for man of the year!

I am so proud of our Governor! So happy to live in one of the states that actually has TRUE hope, and is actively fighting against the liberals in our schools, and our public unions whose games we are absolutely DONE with... They may be a vocal, annoying, and disgusting group, but for all their strutting they only do so because most of us here are looking at them like the fools they really are.

Governor Walker rocks, and is a far better choice for Governor of the Year than TIME mag’s “Person of the Year.”

Yes!!! Scott Walker deserves this kudo by all means. However, Jan Brewer comes in an extremely close second, if not tied, as Governor of AZ. The distinction between the two is the ruthless, relentless, well organized and fiendish public union thugs that are threatening him, while she has gotten her case heard by the Supremes in spite of Holder's militant attitude.

God bless 'em both!!!

Walker has class and smarts. Too bad he isn’t running for POTUS.

Anyone care to do a personal reply as to what comments #12 and 13 said. I’m curious.

He still has work to do in WI but he should have tossed his hat in the ring. He’d be the frontrunner right now.

There are some very SOLID POTUS choices from the pool of GOP governors for 2016/2020:

1. Scott Walker (WI)
2. Bob McDonnell (VA)
3. Bobby Jindal (LA)
4. Rick Perry (TX)
5. Chris Christie (NJ)

With honorable mentions to Jan Brewer (AZ), Butch Otter (ID), and maybe Nikki Haley (SC). Tom Corbett (PA), Rick Snyder (MI) and John Kaisich (OH) are doing ok with hopelessly union-heavy states. I’ve alwasys liked Sam Brownback (KS), but his immigration position isn’t even close to mainstream, and Haley Barbour (LA) said he doesn’t want to be POTUS.
