President Barack Obama sat for an extensive interview with CBSs 60 Minutes last week, though it appears the portion of the interview actually broadcast on TV left out a statement where Obama essentially declared himself the fourth best president in terms of his accomplishments.
The statement was only made available online as part of the full interview on 60 Minutes Overtime.
According to a transcript posted on the 60 Minutes website, Obama said he would hold his accomplishments so far as president against those of Lyndon B. Johnson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln just in terms of what weve gotten done in modern history,

Lyndon pledged to take care of the black families - as long as there Wasn’t a man in the house - did lots to keep those families together, didn’t it!
Jefferson thought his term as U.S. President unworthy of his tombstone. Writer of the Declaration of Independence, Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom, and Father of the University of Virginia.
Truly one of the greatest Americans to ever live.
Lincoln - destroyed state’s rights
FDR - Established Socialist principles into American mainstream
LBJ - created a permanent enslaved class to govt hand outs.
Obama - is a Communist. In his mind, he is right up there.
Was it on The Five? I'll be sure to watch the replay tonight.
Someone should tell him hes the penultimate President ever.
So you think this is near the END TIME ? just one more Potus and it’s all over? Have faith, there are great times to come, we just have to get past this IDIOT and things will look up
No need to waste valuable airtime with something CBS is sure the viewers already know.
I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln just in terms of what weve gotten done in modern history,
‘possible’?! ROFLMAO
He might possibly be fit to wipe Jimmy Carter’s a&&.
60 minute Obuma re-election Democrat campaign at work!
I think LBJ was arguably more destructive than Jimmy Carter.
Man you are singing my song dude!

It wasn’t edited over live radio...And in Obama’s mind he is what he claims to be. Anyone who insists he’s not a dyed in the wool Commie is mistaken. That assertion and if you review what he’s done so far should leave no question.
CBS had to make room for some commercials.
Our government spent 413 BILLION in just interest payments alone last year (2010). We spent more on interest payments than the Department of Health and Human Services... the Department of Transportation... the Department of Energy... the Department of Veteran Affairs... the Department of Justice... HUD... the Department of Homeland Security... the Department of Agriculture... the Department of Commerce... the Treasury Department and the Department of Labor... and the Small Business Administration... COMBINED!!!
Since 1988, we have spent over 8 TRILLION in interest payments alone. By 2021 the CBO says interest payments will amount to 1.1 TRILLION a year... that is if interest rates do not rise between now and then.
If the government stopped spending a single penny... no spending of any kind... and we paid toward our debt at a rate of 100 Million dollars a day... it would take 389 years to pay off our National debt.

In the minds of most Americans, the days until election 2012 cannot come fast enough.
And your point is? None of these make the man a great president. US Grant won the Civil War for Pete's sake!
Speaking of which, while Jefferson was the scribe of the Declaration, because he was one of the youngest delegates and had excellent penmanship, its content was a group effort. A majority of the great lines are not his.
The man is truly departed from reality.
Fourth best?
My god the man is dellusional.
...fatherless homes created by LBJ.
&&
No LBJ fan here, but to claim he “created” fatherless homes is ridiculous. He enabled the growth of this horrible disease in the culture, but he did not create it.
with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln.
