He’d be stupid not to draw his pension if he’s eligible....

Well, I guess that’s why he didn’t answer to Romney, “Hey, I can’t afford a $10K bet, pardner.”

I’m not a Perry for Prez supporter, but I’d bet that you’d find some people right on this forum that double, maybe even triple dip. It’s not that uncommon. Threads like this do nothing but make David Axelrod happy.

Much to do about nothing.
Many millions from coast to coast do the same.
If it is legal (and it is) it’s not an issue.

Remember the old adage:

“If you throw enough poop against the wall some is bound to stick.”

There are legitimate issues over Perry’s candidacy but this is not one of them.

When your running for president nothing is hidden...

Unless you are a liberal, socialist, marxist, communist cretan from Kenya, and a usurper, in which case everything is hidden, burried and covered by the elite MSM, who are of the same political persuasion.

How could it not be known to the public? It’s a public thing, and it was a public filing to start collecting the pension.

Is this the paper admitting that it failed to report public news in a timely fashion?

Of course, “news” is a bit of a misnomer in this case, it’s not news when people start collecting their legally earned pension benefits. Unless that person is a conservative I guess, then liberals will attack them for their compensation.
