I agree. However, when he says things like cutting retirement for Congressman when he is getting a pension, it looks very bad.

Then there's no need to continue to criticize SEIU employees and their demand for continued taxpayer funded pensions and benefits.........They're eligible.

And by the way, what Perry's doing is not allowed in the private sector due to the laws regarding Defined Benefit Plans that the majority of us who have company sponsored pension plans must comply with.........

Is Perry eligible? Sure he is but if he chooses to support the Tea Party and what it stands for AND AGAINST, specifically, government largess and all the exorbitant TAX PAYER FUNDED benefits government employees are entitled to, then he's a hypocrite...........

Wouldn't you love to be able to draw your company sponsored pension once you met the age requirement and continue to work at the same time? Sure you would, but you can't.........it's the law.
