YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — An illegal immigrant from Yakima has been sentenced to 8 years in prison on federal fraud and immigration charges.
A federal court jury earlier convicted 61-year-old Roman Ceniceros Mora of 42 counts of fraud related to unlawfully getting supplemental security income and food stamps; falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen and making a false statement on an application for a passport.

I watched a segment on tv this morning, border patrol had caught some "mules" smuggling in marijuana, 400 pounds of it. They said the mules would be deported.
Don't they execute drug smugglers in some countries?

But Mr. Mora WAS a "good person" - until he wasn't. He was a "Vietnam Veteran", who collected SSI, food stamps and probably got VA medical care for 30 years - until it was discovered it was all lies. And that is the problem with Newt's stupid ideas on immigration, such as when he said: "this always gets me in trouble with THE RIGHT , but we shouldn't punish these people for breaking the law - once - YEARS AGO...". As Rick Santorum said, “You can’t be here for 20 years and commit only one illegal act … because everything you’re doing while you’re here is against the law.” Like Mr. Mora. There are hundreds of thousands of such illegals in America. And Newt would hand out amnesty to them. Amazing how Rick Perry was savaged for his tuition support for illegals, yet Newt gets a pass on his La Raza-worthy positions.

Clearly not. He's been deported many times it says. He committed widespread fraud. He wouldn't even last until the review board plan came into law under Newt's plan, let alone be allowed to stay.
Any other claim is a despicable lie.
