You have to watch this video to see how stupid and brainwashed these Occupy protestors are. Frankly, I don't even understand why Neil bothered to debate her. You can't have a debate with stupid. I think he starts to wonder why he had her on during the end of the interview. My guess is she's some high minded liberal idealistic college student who's never held a real job.

The radio had a report that over 1,000 protesters were expected, but about a dozen showed up. Seeing that they were a failure, they bravely decided to go block the entrance to a nearby Walmart.
How does a thug tactic, by blocking a citizen, on his own time, of his own free will, spending his limited earnings at Walmart in any way help their cause? Walmart didn’t take any bail-out money, they employ tens of thousands directly, and hundreds of thousands (if not millions) indirectly.
If I had some punk blocking me from doing my shopping, because he didn’t approve of my choice of shopping venue, violence would ensue. Someone is going to be badly hurt. How DARE these bottom-feeders impose their will on innocent citizens!

Why is DHS allowing a bunch of bums to block our ports. Simply apply firehoses and dogs and they will leave.

It occurs to me that to blockade a port is universally understood to be an act of war.
Hmmm...

Why is DHS allowing a bunch of bums to block our ports. Depending on how the port is physically laid out and where the protesters are, it may not be in their jurisdiction.
The Special Response Teams that would respond to that are highly trained, but I'm not sure moving out a bunch of Godless, stinking hippies is something their terribly well versed in.

Yes, I had to crack up when he said that. That was towards the end of the interview and I think that by that time he was getting fed up with her stupidity and the fact that she wouldn't answer any questions. She just blathered on with her talking points as if Neil wasn't even interviewing her.

Ive never wanted to slap a complete stranger more in my entire life. Indignant, arrogant little snot. That was my first thought , too. Then, I changed it to, I want to punch her in the nose. Get her up. Punch her in the nose again.

Interfering with commerce is a crime on every level. Remove the bums with fire-hoses and dogs; problem is easily solved.

This OWS crowd is merely the fundraising extortion unit of the Whitehouse. The unit is being demonstrated as being in small scale target mode. This mindless mob of dirty morons is on call for attack of whatever group their organizers tell them.
Today it's Goldman Sachs. Next it will be Cargill, Exxon, Starbucks, or the like. It will not be anyone who enjoys whitehouse protection from Obama Soprano.

She sounded like one of those dolls that talked when you pulled its string. Her responses seemed to be randomly chosen from a set list and unrelated to the question asked.
Some time ago, during one of the WTO riots, Stuart Varney interviewed the head clown from Ringling Brothers. That clown seemed to understand more about the way the world works than this girl did

Interfering with commerce is a crime on every level. It's not a question of it being criminal or not, it's a question of if DHS (in this case CBP) has jurisdiction outside of the port itself.
The better choice would be the local police and fire department. CBP K-9s are trained to find drugs, explosives, money, even food, whereas a "Police Dog" would be trained to lock on to a hippie and wrestle him to the ground.
Either way though, to blockade a port facility should be met with overwhelming force.

Hear, hear. Whatever it takes. The time for playing games with this crowd of bums needs to end.
