Had to turn the volume off the internet feed...cant stomach listening to Diane Sawyer AND the twit commentators too.

Agreed, he has done well so far tonight.

Perry was for the individual mandate for teenage girls. There was an opt out on the Gardasil issue.
And there was no "individual mandate" involved. Nobody was being forced to pay for something they did not want.
Totally different situations. Thus, no hypocrisy involved.
If you want to knock Perry, you're free to do so. But please get it right -- if you want any credibility.

I believe the downhill slide started when the Fox problem in England began. Could there be some extortion afoot? Ailes is on record saying he is trying to undo Glenn Beck

From the ABC break promo we see what is going to headline the news for the next few days.
It is Newtie trying to be Cutie with his ‘do I get 4 responses’ and their attacks on each other, rather than any substance in their responses.

All I care about Mr & Mrs Obama is sending them back to private life ASAP. :)
What do you think of how Romney is aquiting himself in the debate? He looks a little sharper to me. (No I’m not a Romney voter).
To: Chuck54
I’ll refer you to numerous negative references to Chris Christie on FR. Get back to me after you read them.

Took me some time too, because there is no institutional memory of ABC since I got FOX News on cable. Now fox is fading away too as they go establishment, so Im stuck with plain old FR. Seldom tune in to TV anymore. Used to have FOX cable hooked directly to my computer and I watched or listened to it all the time. The debates are fun though.
Fox News is horrible these days. They give far too many pro-Romney types too much airtime, and they present too much sleaze and filth as actual news, when it's not. It's like they are competing with TMZ, especially in the mornings. I can't have Fox News on in the morning when small children are around because they can switch to discussions of the sex lives of near-celebrities at the drop of a hat.
And I won't even get into the Fox network promoting the homosexual agenda to kids with "Glee".

I am not watching the debate. Is the blue dress now bequeathed to Diane Sawyer?
Is there room in the lecturn box for her?

The funny thing about Bachmann is that shes 100% right, but she irritates me every time she opens her mouth Couldn't agree more. She whines louder than Santorum and is grates on the nerves after awhile.

The funny thing about Bachmann is that shes 100% right, but she irritates me every time she opens her mouth. ... Particularly tonight. Her passionate voice almost reminds me of that horrible shrill Hillary voice. Shudder. ... Oops. Break time. Why is Dianes voice slurring? Does she always sound like that? Bachman is out of her league,it shows in every debate.

Ratings So Far
Debate: Rigged for Romney. Special questions. Extra time. Excerpts during commercials, etc.
Moderators: Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos - absolutely no critical followup;
obviously only their knees for Mitt Romney
Candidates:
Newt Gingrich Eloquent - Winner
Mitt Romney Childish, Flaunts his money, Lies, Has the heart of ABC and the MSM
Ron Paul Fossilized with a twisted heart
Michele Bachmann Conservative case best made - 2nd Place Winner
Rick Perry No errors as yet - 3rd Place Show
Rick Santorum. Occasionally shows up with clarity. Victim of the
debate being rigged for Romney and against Gingrich

It’s a cheap trick, one she should have not have attempted. It makes her appear to be someone running for President of Student Council.

ahahah - right - “foster children” will come up - but tonight, she’s repeated TWICE that “I led 40,000 people to demand obama care be repealed.”
Ahh, it hasn’t been repealed, Michelle - so should you be bragging that you can lead a bunch of people on a march - that accomplished ZERO?
