Illegal? Really?
What law?
Ooooh you bastard Newt; wooing me in such ways.
“Ill make John Bolton Secretary of State”
Now that’s what I’m talkin about!!!!
I do like the sound of this.....
Newts Day One Executive orders from his 21st Century Contract with America.
1. Eliminate the thirty-nine White House Czar positions created during the current administration. The president does not have the authority to appoint bureaucrats to power who are not accountable to the Congress.
2. Mexico City Policy of Respect for Life. Reauthorize President Ronald Reagans policy also known as the Mexico City Policy to stop tax payer dollars from being used to fund or promote abortions in foreign countries.
3. Restore conscience clause protections for Healthcare Workers. No American working in a medical environment should be forced to perform any procedure that he or she finds morally or ethically objectionable based on religious teaching. This protection should include, but not be limited to abortion. Existing conscience clause protections need to be strengthened.
4. Respect Each Sovereign Nations Choice of its Capital. Each sovereign nation, under international law and custom, may designate its own Capital. Accordingly, the U.S. State Department should be instructed to respect the choice of each sovereign nation and place the American embassy in their Capital. (Israel is the only country the United States discriminates against in this regard. The people of Israel have designated Jerusalem as their capital. Yet the United States retains its embassy in Tel Aviv.)
5. End the Attorney Generals Assault on the States. Instruct the Attorney General to withdraw all immigration-related lawsuits against states immediately, including those pending in Arizona and South Carolina. The Obama Administration refuses to enforce federal immigration laws, and instead sues states who are merely trying to enforce the laws that the federal government neglects. The Gingrich Administration will secure the border by Jan. 1, 2014 by any means necessary
6. The Keystone Pipeline
(Released: Nov. 17th, 2011)
Unleash American Energy by Approving the Keystone XL Pipeline. Instruct the State Department to approve a Presidential Permit immediately for the Keystone XL pipeline, a project that will send 700,000 barrels of oil a day from Great Plains and Southwestern states to Gulf Coast refineries lower staggering energy prices, and create up to 120,000 American jobs.

Rare, with a baked potato, please...
“...Susan Collins and Murkowski...” You forgot Snowe, if she gets re-elected. These three crazy b-tches need to be removed.
Newt knows exactly what noises to make to influence “the Sheep”..
Wolf?... maybe... maybe even probably..
What Newt says sure does influence me.. (Bleat!) sorry...
I like what Newt’s been saying *bleat!*.. sorry again..
At least I know Michele Bachmann is a conservative..
Even tho she bleats like a pregnant Ewe..
And shes Purdy too.. (bleat)..
Ron Paul for treasury secretary or Fed chairman.
Well, if Bolton isn’t running for President, voting for him to hold a position in the forthcoming Cabinet is the next best thing.
YES!!
Sounds good, Newt. Now make Alan West your VP.
John Bolton as Secretary of State?
A step in the right direction, and if Newt really wants to draw a line in the sand, he should put the Senate on notice that if they were to DARE block Bolton by failing to confirm him, that he will appoint Bolton to SecState via recess appointment, and will continue to do so for as long as necessary.
Because you and everyone and the dog down the street KNOW that the ‘Rats will do anything possible to block Bolton, including voodoo rituals, human sacrifices, and flailing themselves with rocks and knives before an idol of Baal.
Sounds great...but trust Newt to follow through at your own (and the country’s) risk.
Newt has proven he can throw seven come eleven. I’ve seen him do it (figuratively).
Sadly, he throws more snake eyes. And yes, I’ve seen him do that too.
A Bolton appointment to Secretary of State would be huge.
A Newt term in office, wouldn’t.
Cue Tomahawks, F-22s and Drones.
I am licking my chops.
The president does not get to decide who will be secretary of state the CFR does behind the scenes.
This is such a shrewd political move on Newt’s part, let alone a potentially great move for our country.
I’ve been saying for some time now how important it will be to select a candidate that can not only win the nomination, but have coattails as well. This move would absolutely solidify the base & bring everyone under the same banner. We not only need the presidency, we need big numbers in the senate as well. The possible selection of Bolton may help to galvanize that effort & bring a very coherent message to the forefront.
This election will be about contrasts, more than any other I can remember in recent times. Bolton as part of the administration further delineates that contrast. I get the feeling that Americans want America to be strong again, even some of the dems I talk to.
Another good move Newt!
The more you repeat it, the better it sounds.
