Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Chairwoman Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) blasted skeptics of climate science Wednesday, alleging they are “endangering humankind.”
“The message I have for climate deniers is this: you are endangering humankind,” Boxer said during a press conference in the Capitol. “It is time for climate deniers to face reality, because the body of evidence is overwhelming and the world’s leading scientists agree.”
Boxer criticized skeptics of climate science, alleging they are standing in the way of significant progress toward lowering greenhouse gas emissions both domestically and internationally.
“Wishing that climate change will go away by clinging to a tiny minority view is not a policy — it is a fantasy,” Boxer said. “Problems do not go away by pretending they do not exist. And the longer that vocal minority insists on keeping their heads in the sand, the more it endangers billions of people around the globe and threatens to dramatically and negatively reshape the world as we know it.”

You are correct. Speaking of climate change ... understand the globe itself can't make up its mind. The part warming is below the equator currently. When is this planet going to share the warmth headed south? Never mind .... I think you answered that ... sorry.
I've always believed that you can't parody a liberal.
It is easy to rationalize sending someone to jail, or impose fines, maybe even death, if your belief is that the perps are "endangering mankind". Why can't Boxer and those who believe like her be consistent and ask for some punishment against those who deny proof of AGW? I would think that "endangering mankind" is a crime, just as murder is a form of "endangering mankind". Boxer's talk is dangerous, but that's what the democRAT party has become, reckless in everything.

Even if you concede the climate is getting hotter globally (big jump), you come to pretty much the opposite conclusion. Historically, periods of warming have been times of increased prosperity for humankind. So, those who seek to slow global warming are the ones actually endangering us. (haha)
When are these idiots going to get it through their thick skulls that it’s not a denial of a changing climate (there’s been constant change since the beginning of time) ... it’s a denial that it’s all man-made. That is the part that people are at odds with.

I always wondering why, if people can control the climate, by heating it up (as claimed is happening now) or cooling it down (as eco nazis claim they can do) then why don’t we just throttle that puppy so we have an even 72 degrees year round?
