My family was visiting friends in MA that same Sunday, too. I was 10. I remember everyone asking “Where is Pearl Harbor?” We soon learned!

Thanks for sharing that..

I would love to hear others on where they were and what the overall happenings were throughout their day and weeks following as the News Pearl had been attacked became known...even if they were just kids then.

Do you have more you can share Exit?

Amazing——we are contemporaries.We are called The Silent Generation which really annoys me. Everyone seems to forget we were also The Korean War Generation.

Sunday was family time——always going someplace for dinner or having someone in.Sunday “dinner” was at 1:00 PM sharp in my family.

No money but good memories.
