CONCORD, N.H. Rick Perry transitioned from pushing his immigration message to slamming the link between Wall Street and Washington, D.C. Wednesday along with urging the New Hampshire legislature to override a veto on right-to-work legislation.
If you pass into law a right- to-work law, you may join my home state and take over the title of the state thats creating more jobs in American than any place in this country, Perry said to a standing ovation by Republicans at the New Hampshire State House. Unions have their proper role in America but you shouldnt be forced to join one to feed your family. It should be your choice.

The NH legislature just failed ‘today’ to override Gov Lynch’s veto on NH’s Right to Work bill. Despite having a supermajority in the House to easily override, it did not happen.
Since he’s back in NH, can you remind him that the American Revolution was NOT fought in the 16th Century? Hate for him to repeat that one.
I’m sure frontrunner Gingrich was lobbying them just as hard to support the Right to Work law, right? No? Hmmm...
If they wanted to win the pubbies would cite the correlation of Alabamas new immigration laws with the unemployment drop. O wait, that would be heartless. Not to mention one simple question.. If unions are so great why can’t they be voluntary. Goonuions! There is no viable way to defeat unions until every state is right to work.
My fellow NH voters decided they would give the state House and Senate Republican majorities, but re-elect a Democrat governor. There was even a viable tea Party candidate with wide support, but apparently not enough. Now, things like this veto and override failure occur.
At least, gov Lynch has said he’s not running for re-election. I hope that this bill comes back up with a Republican governor.
So what was the Republican legislatures reason for not overriding Gov. Lynch’s veto?
I like it!
Shouldn't you be more worried about Hermy, Honey?
Only a short report is out so far:
http://www.unionleader.com/article/20111130/NEWS06/111139996
CONCORD - After months of waiting, the House Wednesday sustained Gov. John Lynchs veto of right to work legislation.
The House voted 240-139, which was short of the two-thirds majority needed to override the veto.
Veto supporters said nothing is wrong with the current system, but opponents said the bill could create jobs in the state.
That’s a good one.......BUMP
