Almost immediately upon Sarah Palin's announcement that she would not seek the Republican nomination for president, the phone calls from almost all of the GOP candidates began pouring in. They wanted her endorsement.
While Palin has characteristically kept her cards close to her chest, advisers suggest that the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee is likely to endorse before someone emerges as the inevitable nominee -- and that Newt Gingrich appears to be best-positioned to secure her support

I was never certain she was running and wasn’t a big supporter one way or the other.

"Newt Gingrich again, I think, did the best because he seems to be above a lot of the bickering that goes on," Palin said on Fox News...Look in the mirror, you bickerers. You know who you are...

Palin will not endorse a self proclaimed pro amnesty Washington insider who believes that we must take urgent action to stop global warming. Anybody who believes that doesnt know her.
br> May you don't Palin that well either. Palin's stated position on immigration has been similar - if not identical - to Newt's.

"advisers suggest" I'm sorry, but only one person speaks for Sarah and that is Sarah alone. When we see these stories giving account to anonymous experts it almost always ends up exploding like the cheap gag cigar. Just like when she finally made her announcement about running, I will not succumb to these types of stories just because she keeps her cards so close that nobody but Sarah knows, as evidenced that not even her kids do.
Why would she not endorse Cain? Why would she endorse Bachmann? You and anyone else creating conjecture don't know that so please lets stop with the wishful thinking and pay attention to the primaries and the debates leading up to them and not make a final decision until you walk into the precinct.
If she proves out her history on this matter, it will be the most true conservative she will endorse and not a moment before the last minute to do so. Go back and look at her endorsements for the 2010 campaign. Where it was contested, she held off, where it was not and only if the Republican candidate was adequately conservative, she did so early.

Besides we already know how Palin feels about DC insiders so her endorsement of Newt is about as likely as an endorsement of Obama.Would that be as likely as her endorsement of McCain? Or is he not a Washington insider?

NOT GOIN’ HAPPEN...false flag by Newt OR a fake head nod by Sarah Palin.

Let’s, see newt is lover of big government and cronyism is how he has fleeced the tax payers since he resigned his office. Has Palin said she supports either.

Sarah said earlier this year that we have to keep the illegals who are already here who are working because it is impractical to find and deport all of them. So Sarah and Newt are pretty much on the same side of the issue.

Endorsements are meaningless to me anyway. She endorsed someone I opposed in our last congressional race. It was no big deal to me. I didn’t hate her for it, I just disagreed with her and moved on.
Frankly the children who try to leverage endorsements and seek angles to play here are FR need to grow up.
