Hosted by the Heritage Foundation and the American Enterprise Institute, the theme of tonight's Republican presidential debate is foreign policy and national security.
The debate is being held at Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C.
CNN is carrying the debate live at 8 p.m. EST.
Participating candidates are: businessman Herman Cain, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, former Speaker Newt Gingrich, Reps. Ron Paul (TX) and Michele Bachmann (MN), former Gov. Jon Huntsman, and former Sen. Rick Santorum.
Oh great...once again this debate is morphing into the Paul-Romney debate. This is Bull Shite!
Wow, even Romney has been good on the military spending/Iran/Israel trajectory....
Shut up Romney...LOL.
Indict Ahmenajob?
Ron Paul is getting under your skin eh? Romney apparently feels the same way. I’ve never seen him so flustered. RP is the man to take down Obama!
Most of the foreign aid is either wasted or is used as a bribe by 3rd world governments who take credit for the aid.
the “Genocide Convention” you mean?
I like mitt’s response. Sue me. Lol.
Newt is not smiling because he is getting no time.
An entire life in the business world, geez, how is it that results make no "sense" to the government???? Wouldn't it be better to throw good tax money after bad??
cnn is baiting Paul and he is taking the bait. Paul is hurting himself the most tonight.
I think he’s right on the GOP when it come to nation building and the Patriot Act.
Paul says biggest threat to US is our financial condition.
Mitt says, in response to Mitt’s meandering about spending, is that this is nothing—no one is cutting spending, just rate of increases.
Mitt says failure of O to lead with strength.
Says we need to give Iran with crippling sanctions. Says my first foreing trip would be to Israel to show we care aboutn them.(Gee,Mitt, did you major in Pandering in college?)
CNN: The Ron Paul network.
Libya was a disaster and Europe will find Al Queda just across the Med as a result of it.
