An entire life in the business world, geez, how is it that results make no "sense" to the government???? Wouldn't it be better to throw good tax money after bad??
Cain was talking about foreign aid. What good DOES foreign aid do in the poor African countries? Cain said that it goes from American poor to the rich in poor African countries, used as political weapons.
