O dont know cable.
Talk-show queen Oprah Winfrey is losing money, viewers, executives and even her best friend, Gayle King, who bolted this week in her battle to make OWN Network a relevant programming destination.
Winfrey intended to enlighten and inspire her loyal fan base when transitioning from network TV to cable, but all shes done is alienate herself, posing as a philosopher rather than a journalist.

I quit watching Bill, Sean and all the others many years ago. I even cut back on Rush. Can not take some of the callers on his show. When I am in the car I listen to Roy, Gene, Sons, and old 1950’s music. Love those old songs.

“The Oprah decline did begin with her avid endorsement of Obama.”
And shunning McCain.

McCain had nothing to do with it. Liking McCain was irrelevant.
Oprah’s very open endorsement of Obama was absolutely entering the political arena.
That was all it took.

Funny how she started faltering when she endorsed Obama.
Shut up and host, O.

“Two If By Tea” is getting about as annoying as Gold Line commercials, he should know over saturation is a turn off.
But then again, his wife may have some input on the matter.

I'm not certain greedy b*tch is fair. What she did is no more than what Jobs or The Donald or any person wanting to succeed would do. I don't care for OW, but I do recognize that she made a legitimate attempt to be more successful and relevant in liberal America.

I agree. I stopped watching altogether after she jumped into the political arena. But it started with her show in New Orleans after Katrina. Walking around with Nagin, repeating the stuff about Bush not caring about what happened to Black people. After that, I only watched an occasional show about fashion or decorating.

Part of showbiz is that when you’re out in front and exposed so much, people get tired of you.
In the earlier days of film and radio, performers managed their exposure better, adding to their professional longevity.
Oprah puts herself on the cover of her own magazine every month. It’s just too much.

Aw, a leftist going down for the count. Sniff, sniff...
This woman ranks right up there with Marx by screwing up more minds than anyone else in human history.
By sounding like a person that really cared, her message of ‘they done you wrong’ caused many to avoid responsibility in their own lives.
Pushing Obama should tell people about all they need to know about this bitch.
