"GOP Insiders" Who are they ?
Posted on 11/19/2011 4:49:05 AM PST by SMGFan
Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity have referred to Republican insiders who would prefer lesser Conservative, less Tea Party supported candidates. Rush & Sean of course do not say their names all that often, but may refer to having named them before. Who are they? Are they Krauthammer? Rove? Kristol?

They are the people that other people blame when their candidate screws up.
I think Rush considers Ann Coulter as an insider.

they’re the same folks who anointed Obama to help them loot the US Treasury
Years ago when Pat Buchanan was running in ‘92...I was beating doors for him in Virginia...with a list of names of “prominent Republicans” ...one of whom informed me at the time “they” all had already decided Clinton would be the next president....and to tell Pat to quit wasting time and money.

Yes those, basically anyone high level, who has been around for a while, and who makes their living off the Republican brand and dislikes anything (such as principles) that might upset their gravy train.

Yes, they (specifically) are traitorous scum, that is why the Republicans lost the Senate race in Alaska to the (now, independent) thrown out of office, (ex-republican) candidate.

Ann Coulter was game playing with Christie in the sense that he was great, but Romney was better.
Coulter is at least an almost half decade Romney supporter.

In the parlance of the MSM, ‘GOP insider’
translates to RINO at best,
DNC operative or al qaeda terrorist at worst.

It’s called “a distinction without a difference”.

Sean ain't too bright, but Rush and Levin have it pegged.
The insiders, both liberal and so-called “conservative,” are those bashing every candidate except Romney...
...cuz the RINO and Dem fix is in—Mitt loses to Barry and the whole crooked bunch can keep stealing tax payer money for another four years.

There are pundits. There are money men/women. There are state party leaders. There are lobbyists. There are retired party leaders. Lots of these folks work behind the scenes to make sure the apple cart isn’t upset and their power/control isn’t abated. As Rush said, it’s a “country club” - it’s “royalty”.
