President Obama’s illegal-alien uncle plans to stand on his constitutional rights, contending that the cop who collared him on drunken-driving charges had no reason to make the traffic stop that led to the arrest.
Attorneys for Onyango Obama, 67, said in court yesterday they want the Aug. 24 traffic stop thrown out on the grounds that it violated the immigration fugitive’s Fourth Amendment protection against unlawful search and seizure.

Imagine Sarah or another candidate having illegals in the country , getting welfare, having a SS, voting when they are illegal or even having a family member getting stopped for drinking and driving?
The media would be running the story for weeks.
Come on, wrongful stop as a basis for a motion to supress is a routine motion filed in DUI cases. In the vast (ie. 95%) majority of cases it is denied but the filing is pretty routine by any competant DUI attorney.

Yesterday I kept clicking from MSNBC, to CNN, to FOX and MSNBC is no news channel at all.

Obama Uncle Actually U.S. CitizenWASHINGTON (BHN) -
A birth certificate has been found that proves President Barack Obama's uncle is apparently a U.S. citizen. The document effectively removes any question of Onyango Obama's legal residency in this country, and assures he will be allowed to remain.
The certificate was discovered in a break room at the MSNBC studios in New York, and is assumed to have been accidentally left there by the doctor who delivered Onyango.
My comments: After studying this document, I can absolutely guarantee that Onyango Obama is just as much an American as his nephew!
