You dis America, America disses you.

Really worth listening

I don’t believe it either, I was merely mentioning the gist of their attitude back when the t-word married to the Iranian bitched about GWB.
/bingo
My guesses at their comeback theme:
1. Obama, Blessed Dictator
2. Bush Still Sucks
3. We Like Those Who Like Us, and Hate Those Who Hate Us (conservatives, not muslims - you’re cool)
4. Burkas for ‘Bama (Barry or the State)
5. Please Buy Our Records, We Have No Money Left to Give to Democrats or our Crack habits
6. We’ll Say Anything, Just Buy Our Latest Slop
7. Dixie Chicks 2011: Desperate
8. Songs of the 99%
9. Buy Our Album, We don’t let the Little B1tch Talk Anymore
10. The Dixie Chicks: If Taking a Crap was a Musical Form of Art, We’d Be The Van Gogh Chicks
They tried that and it failed big time...libs don’t like country or anyone associated with it. The chicks got what they wanted, to get out of country music..to bad thats the only thing they are any good at. I’ll bet country is not ready to make nice with them. The term screwed the pooch comes to mind..
echh
Idiots.
I'm not an agent of the government. I can not infringe on their speech. They can say what they want. I can chose not to buy their work.
I never liked their music to begin with so it was never an issue. Some leftist music I like. Tom Petty. Kid Rock leans more to the right. I like some of his stuff.
Just who did they think listens to blue-grass-flavored-country-pop-music?
Exactly the kind of people who don’t like it when you insult the country during a war. Its funny how little they understood their own fan base. The people who liked what they said, don’t listen to blue-grass-flavored-country-pop-music. Thats how you go from wildly successful to a leper overnight.
I'm guessing this is from uber-lib Natalie Maines. She doesn't understand the concept of the First Amendment. She is free to say anything she wants without the government shutting her up but it doesn't protect you from people disagreeing with you and punishing you in their own way.
Nah, I'd probably watch that...
'Blixie Chicks' Blame Conservative Web Site (That's us, folks)
-———I thought that act was dead!-——
Like Michelle Bachman, they some how just didn’t get the message
Sorry if you perceived my response was directed towards you.

I had never heard of this Elvis record until yesterday. Colonel Tom wanted to squeeze more profits out of his cash cow and wanted to issue a “live” album but RCA refused to let Colonel Tom use any of the Elvis music they owned. So he issued an album of Elvis speaking between songs in concert.
Hilarious.
I remember shortly after the stupid cow Natalie Maines opened her even stupider mouth, seeing one of thoes jaw-dropping moments: The Maines cow was on ‘60 Minutes’ bitching about the “Chicks” being “silenced.”
Right. You’re on a national newsmagazine running your stupid mouth through a 12-minute segment saying you’re being silenced. Uh-huh.
On a similar note: I used to love Steve Earle’s music. Then I saw him live. After the gun-control rant and halfway through the pro-union rant, I gave up on the piece of leftist sphincter-squeezins’
So do Country Music stations.
A friend of mine owns several radio stations and he is somewhat liberal but there is NO WAY they play Dixie Chicks!
Advertisers would pull their ads so fast it would make your head spin. It is hard to get advertising dollars these days and there is NO WAY they are going to take a chance on losing customers.
These stupid chicks aren't going anywhere anytime soon. It is one thing to criticize Pres. Bush but entirely different when you criticize the people who once bought your damn music!
Every purchase I make is a political statement. When I buy gas, I won’t buy from any of a certain foreign company’s stations, nor will I buy from particular owners. When I purchase music (rare now), I won’t buy from someone who disrespects our country or our military in public. When I buy a car, it will not be GM or Chrysler because of the corrupt Bailout. All purchases are political, and the Chicks should have thought of that before they insulted me and my country. They are free to say anything they want, and I am free to boycott them forever.
