...the candidate says he isn't worried his association with the now government-controlled firm makes him look like a Washington "insider" -- if anything, he said Wednesday on CBS News radio, he embraces the label.
"There's no question when you serve 20 years in the House and as speaker of the House for four years, you know a fair amount about Washington," Gingrich told CBS News radio correspondent Dan Raviv. "We just tried an amateur for the last three years, and it didn't work very well... The country would be better off with someone determined to change Washington and who knows how to do it."

Ouch.
Can someone explain to me how they can support a RINO insider, who will do anything for consulting fees, support big government programs, amnesty for illegals, global warming and state that right wing social engineering is just plain wrong?
Granted his is a great debater, but he has an uncanny ability to use his silver tongue to talk his way around just about any thing. He has so many retractions on his liberal policy statements I've lost track.
Is that why Gingrich shut down government twice? There’s lots to disagree with him about but he stymied Clinton twice by just shutting it down.
if anyone is deflecting anything its’ See BS as usual....
1) gingrich answers the charges that he told fanie they had a piss-poor operation in the story....the criminal liberal media has yet to dispel this...
2) as far as i understand it gingrich enterprised was paid $1.5mill, not gingrich himself...i’m sure the company has overhead and expenses that must be paid before $$$ gets into the hands of gingrich...
A few days ago he said he was an outsider. Which is it?
Whatever.

CONSERVATIVES: Do not let the ENEMY MEDIA destroy our candidates. Do not be their USEFUL IDIOTS by posting their stories without using a disclaimer in the title and in your response. Even though we all have favorites, do not use the arguments of the ENEMY MEDIA in support of your criticisms of candidates. Always, always first, put the ENEMY MEDIA in their place, then proceed to make your argument. [This is jobim, and I approve this message.]
