Another Obamacare Glitch (Huge! Hussein Trying To Re-Write Law With IRS--not Congress!)

Even if ObamaCare survives Supreme Court scrutiny next spring, its trials will be far from over. That's because the law has a major glitch that threatens its basic functioning. It's so problematic, in fact, that the Obama administration is now brazenly trying to rewrite the law without involving Congress.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act offers "premium assistance"tax credits and subsidiesto households purchasing coverage through new health-insurance exchanges. This assistance was designed to hide a portion of the law's cost to individuals by reducing the premium hikes that individuals will face after ObamaCare goes into effect in 2014. (If consumers face the law's full cost, support for repeal will grow.)
The law encourages states to create health-insurance exchanges, but it permits Washington to create them if states decline. So far, only 17 states have passed legislation to create an exchange.
This is where the glitch comes in: ObamaCare authorizes premium assistance in state-run exchanges (Section 1311) but not federal ones (Section 1321). In other words, states that refuse to create an exchange can block much of ObamaCare's spending and practically force Congress to reopen the law for revisions.

It IS just like the politboro...the ones at the top get the goodies! So much for the proletariat...fools.
The main good thing to come out of Cain’s campaign is that he called the Dem Plantation for what it is to all the Blacks....the cat is out of the bag. Serfs will just ‘shuffle along” for awhile, but the truth is out and THAT I feel really good about.

Obozo still attempting to be absolute dictator. I’m stunned at each attempt he tries, but it’s getting to be the norm.

...Do the democrats have one shred of dignity left?....”
Ummm...from all appearances, and upon careful study and analysis of existing data, statistics, fact-based facts and opinion-based opinions, one could, conceivably, without much hesitation, hem-hawing or equivocation, reach the conclusion that indeed, no...they do not.
Nor, would it appear, do the GOP for not immediately POUNCING on this and smearing it to high heaven across every available avenue of reportage...

Hussein is trying to re-write the law by having the IRS create a "rule" that makes "premium assistance" available in *all* exchanges, not just federal ones...so the Department of the Treasury is now trying to CREATE assistance.
Disgusting, and we ought to call attention to Hussein's attempt to re-write the law.

The Obamas are scared stiff of being out in public without his own private army and heavy air support to protect them
On his last trip abroad he demanded - and got - five hundred (500) Secret Service agents - and fifteen (15) F-16 jet fighter-bombers
That is just for starters.....

There are no longer co-equal branches of government. There are no longer Constitutionally enumerated powers. This is no longer a Constitutional Republic.
Where are our conservative (R) congressmen who should be howling about this? I wonder.

The “rule-making” that follows a monstroisty like Obamacare will never end. Obamacare is gonna be the “gift” that just keeps giving (or, rather, sticking it to us).

Levin, through his Landmark Legal Foundation, was critical in one of the appeals court decisions ruling ObamaCare unconstitutional. His argument against the individual mandate was adopted pretty much wholesale. LLF will be filing a brief with SCOTUS as well.
I would think, on this action by the IRS, someone would have to sue but who knows if anyone would have standing. Congress seems impotent.

I believe you devolve and I remember how outraged we were about all the ships, planes, armored cars and agents he takes along on his trips. Then they clear out any tourist who may be where they are going. They block off streets and whole areas, etc.
I read that President Bush once stood in line for a porta-potty at a tourist area. It could be true knowing Bush.
