The National Lawyers Guild says it has obtained a court that allows Occupy Wall St. protesters to return with tents to a New York City park.
The guild says the injunction prevents the city from enforcing park rules on Occupy Wall Street protesters.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg says the city knew about the court order but has not seen it. He says the city plans to go court immediately.

4 journalists so far, it's a good start

20 people arrested, one was actually put on the ground to be handcuffed. Police brutality! You could see it on the guys face as he sadly reported...
*snip*
But within hours, she was off the case as court administrators prepared to randomly choose a new judge and excluded Billings name from the list of candidates.
Frankly, this has turned into a unopposed one-sided civil war.
Or...
Which came first....the ugliness or the radical leftiness? ;-)
This is what would happen to our whole country if democrats were in total control. ALWAYS mention the fact that these are Obomas "share every one elses wealth" activists. These are Obomas people, and birds of a feather flock together.
Is this the type of living conditions we all want to live in a few years fron now? If not, vote the democrats OUT!
It may be neither fish nor fowl ... but after several weeks of OWSers crapping in it, I'm sure it's quite foul.

I didn't know we had the ability to be exempted from laws on the fly.
I thought that the courts were there to decide if one broke the law after the fact. I didn't know they could nullify a law in advance for some people.

D’oh! That sailed right past spell-check!
Seems to me a guy like you could turn out a haiku about it.
In my time of need,
Spell check fails miserably,
And I am undone.
Obama, Blooombird and the dems have backed off of their support somewhat.
Otherwize the fleabaggers would still be wallowing in thier filth in the park.
Apparantly “the march” is closing in on the park.
Maybe more arrests soon?
So is that what being a commie does to you? Or is it the macrobiotic rice diet, vegan socialism. Save the beef! NYC is full of people like this, and you know what— they ALL live in rent controlled (from ww2)properties. Subsidized and, in power (to some extent).
This is not change and hope, this is mange and dope.
