A last-ditch drive ends in disappointment for Penn State, which loses to Nebraska, 17-14. Not having any timeouts crippled the offense, which completed two passes short of a first down, including one with seconds left, but couldn't stop the clock.
This is a different Saturday in State College. Immediately after McGloin's final pass fell incomplete, the Penn State crowd cheered the team's effort: the cheering grew to a roar as the two teams again met a midfield, such as they did right before the game.
Again, as occurred several times during the game, there were chants of "We love JoePa." Interviewed after the game, interim coach Tom Bradley said that what Penn State has gone through over the last week is "unprecedented in the history of college sports."

Hey the Nittany Lions had some wacky prayer circle at the game and the fans wore blue. All is well and everyone is healed. (sarcasm off)
LOL. Lemme guess: he wanted to give you a Sandusky!
Aw..that’s so nice! Thank you for your kind words!
And some finds painted the letters, “This Is For the Kids” on their chests......stay classy, Penn State.
Absolutely agree!
Better yet why did they even let the perv in the store?
I saw that, too. Those punks really must be brain dead...topless "adults" with that painted on their chests.
Can anyone vouch for whether the fans were any more subdued than usual?
That is pretty darn good in this economic climate. Your son is fortunate it didn't take longer.
They think about 40 boys were abused.
That is a LOT of angry messed up men.
Re: your post, I have been a BAMA fan ever since I was four years old, but I have never heard of Logan Young. I will look it up.
How many have complained to the NCAA?

No, it’s perfectly logical.
A football coach at your son’s school raped boys, and higher-ups covered for him.
Therefore, he did not learn anything in his classes and is unprepared for a career in engineering.
I'm sure Dr. (Wife Swapping Studies scholar) Spanier is happy (gay, even) considering all the years he was getting ~$800,000/yr (+ his wife's pay) and furthering his and his commie wife's agendas.

Yeah me, I love the Goodmans.
I think it's more along the line my 15 year old son presents.
He told me that Penn State was officially off his list, even if they offered him a full ride, because, as he said, "Going through life hearing stale cracks about getting a degree from 'Pedd State' isn't something to look forward to."
BTW, his mother and uncle are Penn State grads.
Not the fans I saw outside the stadium, they seemed to be doing typical pre-game chants. One who was interviewed was getting ready to fight with the reporter and asking him (with spittle coming out of his mouth) “Are you a JoePa fan? ARE YOU A JOEPA FAN? If not, get the F outta here.”
Maybe it was an isolated incident, I don’t know. Another fan interviewed first offer thoughts and prayers for the victims and basically said he was there to support the players who had nothing to do with these incidents. Which makes sense to me.
I can tell you as a life-long UConn basketball fan that if Coach Calhoun had done basically nothing when one of his assistant coaches raped a 10 year-old boy, I’d be rioting as well. I’d be rioting to have Calhoun fired and his name removed from the UConn medical center. But maybe some psycho UConn fan would be acting like the Penn St fan I saw.
I went to Texas and I wonder what would have happened if Darrell Royal found out about something like that? I think I know....
