Donna Donella, one of the five women caught up in the charges of sexual harassment being leveled against Herman Cain, said Wednesday she is not an accuser.
I take issue with being labeled in the media as 'Accuser No. 5,' she said in an interview with The Washington Times-affiliated America's Morning News radio program. I want to make it very clear that Herman Cain never sexually harassed me, Ive never accused Herman Cain of sexually harassing me. The only reason that I came forward is because I saw behavior, the one day that I met him that was consistent with the pattern of his behavior described by his four actual accusers.
I cant put a finger on it, but as most women will tell you, you kind of have a sense when men are on the up and up and when there are men who may not be. I had that feeling and so did my colleague, and thats why she jumped in and said, Oh, lets all go to dinner.

Good for you, dear lady. LOL
you’re right
that’s what it was imo
BTW, I wish Cain would have ordered 3 $800 bites of wine before "sticking" you with the bill.
Or as my sister (strong Southern woman) used to say: "Time to put on your big girl panties".
Make sure you tell someone now, how uncomfortable this incident made you, just in case the waitress becomes famous 14 years from now ;-)
A $400 bottle of wine reminds me of the emperor’s new clothes.
Let’s not forget no one has validated the statement regarding 2 bottles of expensive wine.
Course if Cain really did order these bottles and stick them w/ the bill then I’d guess maybe he got wind of why the group joined him, what they really thought of him and had a little payback of his own sticking whoever it was w/ a rather large dinner tab.
Personally I don’t believe any of this until Herman chimes in or one of those named can re-produce the dinner tab.
Exactly. Who cares.
Hey, I shook hands with Clinton while on a White House tour, between the Grand Jury testimony and the impeachment hearings. Perhaps, I could still sue, because, you know, I just had that feeling.
Would not flame you, because you speak the truth. As a woman in business, I have seen a lot, but never anything I couldn’t handle. Remember going to one party where I got three propositions, and that is where it ended. Doubt if any of these men remembered what they said by the next day.
Yeah well, ... I’ve deleted everything I wanted. Let’s just say he comes home and leaves happy ;D!
There is someone out there for everyone. Thank G-d I met mine. He’s the most wonderful man!
I will leave this world knowing I was loved. What else is there, really?
“The funny feeling she is getting right about now is called Lin Wood.”
I agree. Bialek’s fiance did an interview on local Chicago news last night, “correcting” the record. He said Sharon moved out in February when they broke off their engagement. He is not her fiance, they are still friends trying to work things out. He made a point of saying he is in no way financially tied to Bialek, that he does not pay her bills. A slander lawsuit would cost him some $$.....I figured he may have heard from Lin Wood.
You sound exactly like my bride of over 40 years.
;D! You know what to do.
I’m glad she’s come out to clarify that his is not a “fifth accuser” because the media has overplayed the numbers here. It’s a circus.
That’s funny. I found I immediately noticed that during her press conference on Monday that she referred to her “boyfriend” but the MSM stories referred to him as her “fiance” in an obvious attempt to make her/them appear stable.
If by "flirting in the abstract" you mean harmless, non-sexual joking around, I have no problem with that. But in the alleged incident, Cain supposedly was trying to arrange a dinner date with one young woman, and then another, whom he didn't know. Hopefully the charge turns out to be false, but my point was that many (myself included) would consider it inappropriate behavior for a married man.
The New Testament says: "Avoid even the appearance of evil." I wonder what Freeper wives feel about finding out about their husband in such circumstances.
I think you can rest assured. But like you, I would be devastated by proof that Cain is lying.
I put my faith in Lin Wood...and Herman Cain.
You are a perhaps a gentleman after all.
We are all human...but Herman said, in this case, he is innocent.
If he is lying...he is dead. But if he is telling the truth (I think he is)...he has risen above these devious attacks...and these devious attackers.
I must say, however, that there is often truth to the adage "where there's smoke, there's fire." I actually would not be "devastated" to learn that there was some truth behind the accusations, because I learned long ago not to trust any man (or woman). We can place varying degrees of confidence in people - and hopefully a great deal of confidence in some - but God is the only One worthy of our complete trust. Given our fallen nature, sooner or later everyone will disappoint us in some way. Thus we should not be surprised to discover that someone we looked up to was not the example we thought they were.
As I mentioned in earlier posts, I was concerned - IF it was true (and that's a big IF) that a married man "on the road" would look for a single woman to keep him company (even at a dinner table). I remember Billy Graham saying long ago that he made it a point never to be alone with a woman. Similarly, I remember my childhood pastor, a godly man, saying that he never allowed himself to be alone in his office with a woman; the door would always be cracked & the secretary next door. Hopefully she could keep a confidence!
I am no prude and far from what I should be as a Christian, but I've been around long enough to realize the dangers of men & women together in the workplace. I worked for many years in an office setting, and I cannot remember a single time when I even went out for lunch with a female co-worker alone. It just never occurred to me, and I knew that it would hurt my wife.
So, I must say that if someone is not in the practice of guarding himself in this way, it tells me a lot about his character (again, innocent until proven guilty!) All the best.
