fee, requested by the National Christmas Tree Association in 2009 I wonder if this is really true, or if somebody in the gubbermint jogged their elbow first. In any case, if true, it's an instance of crony capitalism at its worst. And it doesn't help that Obama and his family NEVER OBSERVE CHRISTMAS and don't even give their children Christmas presents.
