Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., has sold a private plane she co-owns with her husband, months after her use of it for official business and failure to pay back taxes created a political headache... First she repaid the government $88,000 after she was criticized for reimbursing herself for use of the plane on official and political travel. Then she paid $287,000 in back taxes, penalties and interest to St. Louis County.

McCaskill, seeking re-election in 2012, faces a tough race in a state she narrowly won in 2006. Republicans have pounded McCaskill on the plane, dubbing it "Air Claire" .

She lost, but it catapaulted her dead-end career.
All I can think is “This woman has way too much money to be a lowly public servant. It’s obvious you gotta’ be rich to serve. Takes a lot of money to get elected.”

She is in love with Barack Obama. She looks at him with stars in her eyes. We need a Senator from Missouri who will govern according to the values and desires of the good people of The “Show Me” State; not someone who votes out of idolatrous admiration.
We must never forget that McCaskill and Coburn are primarily responsible for SR 511 which Dems used to justify nominating Obama. They couldn’t get a bill passed to change the Constitution for McCain and Obama so they bypassed the Constitution in favor of a non-binding resolution. I hope someday they will be forced to admit their treachery and be sent to prison.
Oh, wait, she can fly on the tax payer dime now and not have all those old private plane costs.
That woman is going down. I will have Brunner signs in the yard of my house and at my business. She is an elitist snake and an irritating female canine to boot. Sorry I cussed, but no other word really works. Well, maybe one, but we won’t go there.
and that’s not the only extra weight she unloaded in a desperate attempt for reelection.... She lost 50 lbs.

What is more important is that she sold her soul to the Obama Administration. Against all the wishes of those she represents in the Show Me State.

I would like to see her lose her freedom for her unethical actions while in office.
