The earth’s crust is getting very crusty. So many earthquakes.

Felt it here in Fort Worth. Slight shaking. Side-to-side. Three seconds. Sent in a report to the USGS.

Check the books of Daniel and Revelation. Then it will become clear.

Herbstreet said he felt an aftershock while doing the post game show from Stillwater.

Maybe this is a run up to the New Madrid fault.

This is very abnormal for Oklahoma. The 4.7 quake Saturday morning was the 2nd strongest ever recorded in Oklahoma. The strongest was (emphasis on “was”) a 5.5 in 1952. This 5.6 is one for the records, I hope. Further up the scale would mean increasing amounts of damage. Let’s hope this 5.6 is the strongest ever in Oklahoma for a long time to come.

It's just wrong to see that big (>5 magnitude) box in central OK!

Those are supposed to be on the West Coast.

ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit was doing a live postgame wrapup of the Oklahoma State-Kansas State game when the quake shook Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. He was a bit startled by it but otherwise was able to continue his commentary.

Brent was unshaken. :-)

It shook pretty good. I live about 20 miles from the epicenter. Whole house was shaking and had a low rumble kind of like slow thunder. Dogs were barking. I slept right through the 4.7 last night. 5.6 would be a record for Oklahoma. Previous was 5.5 in 1952

Wichita Falls here. I was on the phone with my Sweetheart at the time, and I thought a truck had hit my house. Only lasted maybe 3 seconds, but it was a JOLT.

Now my Sweetheart knows I’m a wimp. Sucks to be me....

Someone was blaming it on fracking for oil.

How many miles is it to the New Madrid Fault from the epicenter?

Didn’t feel anything here in McKinney, TX ... but it startled the cats and I noticed a light and a long chain on a ceiling fan swaying back and forth. And that was while wife and I were watching Paranormal Activity. And it was minutes after the scene with the swaying light. Freaked me out for a while.

Glad it was just an earthquake! LOL!

I’m not sure how much more area the posted map covers that is not shown but I am working in Columbia MO and felt what seemed like an earthquake just a bit before 11 p.m. Looked over at the water glass on the night stand and water was sloshing as if someone had bumped it.

“Herbstreet said he felt an aftershock while doing the post game show from Stillwater.”

Could be wrong, but technically he felt the earthquake, as the 4.6 earlier in the day would be the pre-courser not the aftershock?
