Herman Cain's campaign are revealing their own suspicions about who is behind the story regarding the former unidentified employees who accused Mr. Cain of sexual harassment in the late 1990's.
According to a Cain campaign source, not only is the Rick Perry campaign involved but also the Mayor of Chicago and former Obama White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. The Cain campaign believes a National Restaurant Association (NRA) employee out of the Chicago office leaked the story to the Perry campaign via information and influence from Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office...

What are the allegations?
What was the pay off if any?
Should he break his conf. Ag. to impress someone? That is contempt of court and opens him to damages.
Please, these are baseless allegations until there is a clue as to what ‘inappropriate’ means.

These hits on Mr. Cain are a bit infuriating but it’s great when some can lighten things up around here.
As infuriating as they are, I'd rather they come out now when there's time for Cain to react and deal with them ... rather than have Cain get the nomination and they hit the public domain in late October 2012.

I disagree - on the basis that Cain isn’t even registering on the Dems’ radar screen yet. There are still 9 GOP candidates, and the frontrunner changes on an almost weekly basis.
If it was clearer that Cain was going to be the actual GOP candidate, then I would agree with you. But right now, the fight is still among the Republicans. Perry, Romney, Bachmann. even Santorum have *much* more to gain at this point than BHO.
If this was Rahm’s work, we’d havew salacious rumors being leaked about *every* GOP potential. We don’t. I bet you a virtual high-five that this is someone from Perry’s campaign. That man is beginning to stink of flop sweat.
