Police in Texas charged a man Tuesday with the murder of 10-year-old Jasmen Gonzalez, whose body was found over the weekend.
Jose Consepcion Sifuentes, 23, was moved from jail in Carrollton, Texas, where he was being kept on an immigration hold, to Lew Sterrett Justice Center in downtown Dallas Tuesday morning.
He was questioned Monday as a person of interest in the death of Jasmen, whose family lives in Oklahoma City and was in Carrollton for a family reunion.

The only positive in this story is that Texas has the death penalty and is not afraid to use it.

But unfortunately the Feds will sue to block any execution, like they tried before, because he is not a US Citizen.

More blood on big sister's hands...
Sifuentes was being held on an immigration charge prior to the murder charge. "It's my understanding he was deported before [this case]," Lt. Mitchell said.

Wasn't it just a few days ago Michael Medved was screaming to the rank and file Republican to shut up about the illegal invasion? Insinuating that we're too stupid to understand what's going on?
With people like the GOP upperclassmen and their mouthpieces, who needs to worry about Democrats?

He will qualify with aggravated sexual assault and abduction as part of the offense.

His comments on Perry threads get more vile every day. It’s disgusting. It’s not political rhetoric. It’s pure hatred.

Relative to the death penalty in Texas... As a Dad here in DFW I’ll say Amen to that.
The girl was 10. TEN years old. Whatever kind of sick piece of crap would do such a thing should be put down like a rabid dog.
I’d also like a one of those retards posing as journalists today ask Jay Carney or the DHS Bulldyke to explain why open borders are such a great thing too.

“”I just want to say that he is a nice person,” said one woman who did not want to be identified. “I see him a couple of times and I never think he is a bad person.”
Is it obligatory that every article have a statement like this no matter how heinous the crime is? Were there quotes like this in 1941 about Hitler?
I took journalism. Is this what reporters today think balanced reporting is about? He was a nice guy?

Yeah, Linda Chavez was on FNC this morning saying the same sort of thing.
On another note, deportation means nothing unless we make it at least a tiny bit difficult to get back in.
Prayers for this child and her family.

Not quite the same as a reporter stating Nazi Germany under Hitler has killed 2 million people so far. His aunt says he was a great kid.

Not being a citizen, Jose should be subjected to castration by nut strangulation while on public display.
