Arizona's maverick Sheriff Joe Arpaio promised surprises in his jurisdiction's investigation of Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidential ballot and his Cold Case Posse is delivering – raising questions that touch on the authenticity of the long-form birth certificate issued last April and the possibility Obama is using a fraudulent Social Security Number.
Sources close to the investigation say the posse has decided it needs to see original birth records before it can conclude whether Obama should be eligible for the presidential ballot in 2012, not an electronic file or scanned copies.
The sources say the panel needs to examine the microfilm documenting Obama's birth, as well as the ink-and-paper original 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health is holding in its vault.
The PDF file and various scanned copies of the birth certificate that the White House released April 27 are simply not good enough, the posse has determined.
Earlier this month, WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi spent 18 hours over a two-day period in Arizona briefing the Cold Case Posse on a wide range of evidence regarding Obama's eligibility.
"The posse wants to see the entire microfilm roll containing Obama's birth certificate, not just a microfilm copy of Obama's long-form birth certificate in isolation," Corsi explained. "An individual microfilm copy could be forged, but forging the entire microfilm reel on which Obama's birth certificate is in sequence would be almost impossible."
Also, Corsi said, the posse wants the ink-and-paper original 1961 Obama birth records still held in vault by the Hawaii Department of Health to be released publicly and subjected to independent court-authorized forensic examination.

Not worried at all. Just amazed that some conservatives still put their hopes into this birth certificate nonsense when there are so many other things to use against Obama.
We don’t even know who Obama’s pappy is. Just about everything the guy has ever claimed about his life has basically been proven to be a lie. The only thing we KNOW about him is that he is a liar. Period.
Maybe what we’re hoping for is the re-establishment of the rule of law.
Are you aware that the DOJ is suggesting a new FOIA “rule” that allows government agencies to lie about whether records exist? They’re openly wanting to make it a rule that they can lie whenever they want to lie.
We can get rid of the usurper in the White House electorally, if elections are allowed to happen and the zombie vote doesn’t overwhelm the votes of the living. But that doesn’t get rid of all the damage he’s done in the meantime. Right now darn near every agency at every level of government is running roughshod over the laws, while the courts tell us none of it is anybody’s business and law enforcement and Congress pick their noses.
Obama is not the only thing that is wrong with this country, and if you think that getting rid of him magically solves everything then you aren’t paying attention to what the communists and Islamists (Obama and Soros’ allies) have been doing and intend to do.
Are you aware that even if Obama’s long-form was not an obvious forgery it would tell us nothing because it is not LEGALLY certified - doesn’t fulfill the requirements of the HDOH Administrative Rules because it lacks either the official DOH seal or the State of HI seal?
IOW, either the DOH is issuing totally worthless birth certificates like the one Obama displayed, or else they are publicly supporting what anybody in their office can immediately see is a legally defective forgery. Basically, Hawaii could just as well have no vital records office at all, because nothing about their operation actually verifies anything up to legal standards.
Would you consider it problematic if it turned out that we have a hole the size of Hawaii in our country’s network of documentation, upon which our anti-terrorism, anti-identity-fraud, etc measures depend? Or would you think it’s just tee-hee piddles and everything would be fine if we just ignored that situation and got Obama out of office?

The privacy laws of Hawaii no longer apply to Obama’s BC because he released a copy to the press.
After a long stonewall, Obama finally released a BC because of the growing movement of key states to pass laws to examine BCs as part of eligibility verifications. In other words, Obama blinked. Now the birther detectives are calling him on the card he played.
A federal court has already ordered that the original long form BC said to be held by the State of Hawaii is to be released but the Hawaii Department of Records is Stonewalling the order. They have until November 21 to produce it.
Since the BC has been ordered to be released, there is nothing stopping Arizona from requesting to examine it for ballot listing purposes.

How bout you splain Obama’s first executive order, the one sealing his own records from public examination. I’ve downloaded Obamas Birth Cert from the white house web site and i could teach kids to do a better birth certificate forgery.

IMO, Obama has NOT legally released the State of HI to release his BC to anybody. Obama claims to have personally released a pdf image of his BC to the press, but that does not constitute a legal release for HI to release his BC.
Obama has also put distance between himself and the pdf image. At the WH briefing before Obama disclosed the pdf image, Bob Bauer was asked if Obama would be holding the “actual” certified copy supposedly obtained from HI when he spoke to the press and Bauer pointedly said Obama would not be holding the certified copy. That afternoon, Bauer, whose law form had orchestrated obtaining the alleged certified BC image, resigned as Obama’s WH attorney (a civil servant on the federal payroll) and became Obama’s personal attorney with attorney client privilege.
