Communists ALWAYS work on children. They don't want to be Big Brother, they want to be God. They start with the children so that they won't know what's happening to them as adults. Control their food, education, income, healthcare and all their choices. That's how slaves to the Communist system must be maintained so as to harvest the fruits of their labor while they are healthy and profitable. When they are no longer healthy or profitable they can be efficiently disposed of.
