Mark Steyn in for Rush
GE paid 0 taxes last time I heard.
Have you noticed all the radio hosts who are afraid to criticize RuPaul?
They seem to treat him with kid gloves, always trying to throw in some note of praise or even have him on occasionally, like Hannity yesterday.
This morning on Quinn & Rose, Rose was reading an e-mail from a listener who was offering a critique of the debate. They read his analysis of each candidate, but when Rose got to Ron Paul, she read his name . . . and stopped. I can’t help but guess the listener wrote something like: “Ron Paul is just nuts!”
Pam is very down to earth when you speak to her one-on-one. My husband and I met her at CPAC last year, and we also attended her rally in NYC on 9-11-10 near the site of the proposed "Ground Zero Mosque". There were thousands of people there, mostly New York City-area people. And they were ANGRY that a "Victory Mosque" would be built on the site where human remains and parts of the planes that hit the WTC were found.
Lots of young-ish hippie types - I'm sure they were the very same anarchists that are currently camping out in Zuccotti Park near Wall St. in NYC - got in our faces and screamed that we were racist, intolerant, Islamo-phobes, you name it - we were called every name in the book. Most of these moonbats were 9/11 / "Bush Knew" truthers, btw.
We love Marco Rubio! I would love to meet him as well. We've seen/heard him speak at CPAC as well... there's not a dry eye in the house after one of his soaring speeches. :-)
Cain wants 100% depreciation deduction off the top.
I did too ad guy. I went over to twitter to watch the pr spin take place live.
Too funny.
there are no deductibles and depreciation - if i understand it correctly
9% flat corp income tax
9% flat personal income tax
9% sales tax
no ‘value added’ crap that needs a new bureaucracy to support it - if you or a corporation buys it, you pay 9%
that is my understanding - and i hope the simplicity is correct
I didn’t even listen to Hannity because I saw the head Paulestinean was to be on. Ugh.
I don’t get it. Even his numberS are diminishing. If you noticed last night, his crazy rants only drew 1/5 of the response they used to!!! They can’t even stack an audience any more, so I don’t get why the radio hosts continue to fear him.
I watched the dumbasses pre and post on CNN...Gloria Borger is stupid on a stick.
the drive by’s praised Myth to the hilt....and pooped on the tea party every second they could.
Aghhhh!!!!
Noot is a great debater. He should be! He’s been at this game for how long????? But a conservative he is not.
best description yet....by scrappin the code and employin only a 999 type plan your example is spot on
Hannity is wide as a state but deep as a dime
he said last night that he wanted the depreciation off the top, but perhaps I miss understood.
Perry is a lightweight.
LOL! I always refer to Anderson Cooper as "Anderson Vanderbilt" as well... I thought I was the only one!
Every other year or so we visit The Breakers Vanderbilt mansion in Newport, Rhode Island... there are photos of Anderson's ancestors all over that palace - he looks just like a lot of 'em... similar around the eyes and nose.
LOL. Hannity does a lot of heavy lifting, but he just isn’t bright. He thinks he outsmarts the “Man on the Street”; but usually ends up looking like the dummie.
there are no deductibles and depreciation - if i understand it correctly
I'm confused. And so are a lot of people. That's the problem. I love Herman but he's got to do a better job explaining.
Good point. Glad we were spared that last night...
Very well said, EoL
Marco is the reel deal.
My wife and I attended a fundraiser for the Keys GOP. I am on the exec. committee--our Reagan Dinner in Key Largo in early Sept.
Feature guests were Marco and Ileana ros Lehtinen. IT was terrific.Ileana told the story of how Marco got started in politics with her.
He called one day and asked if they needed any help at her office.
He was told that they had no money for any workers at the time.
He offered to work for free.
The caller told him "in that case come on down." He did.And as they say "the rest is history.' He's a great guy. I got pictures taken with him, some night.
