Tunes For The Troops     **Artist Showcase** Buckcherry is a Grammy-nominated hard rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1995. The band released two albums, Buckcherry (1999) and Time Bomb (2001), before dissolving in the summer of 2002. In 2005, lead vocalist Josh Todd and lead guitarist Keith Nelson formed a new band using the Buckcherry moniker and released a new album on April 16, 2006, 15. It contained Buckcherry's biggest crossover hits to date, "Crazy Bitch", and their first Billboard Hot 100 top ten hit, "Sorry". Their fourth album, Black Butterfly, was released on September 16, 2008. Their fifth album, All Night Long, was released on August 3, 2010. Buckcherry is currently writing a sixth album, which is due for release in 2012. This music is provided for the entertainment of our Troops, Veterans, Allies & their families! Barry Mason’s discography lists hundreds of songs, but the goal tonight is to concentrate on the material he co-wrote with Les Reed, whose own discography is almost as large. Those two Brits could write!

After the huge splash the Fortunes made in 1965 with the Greenaway-Cooke song “You’ve Got Your Troubles”, they opted for this early Mason-Reed number

We had one very cool week but the temps are back at or near 100*’s for a high.

Howdy buckaroos! Sorry I'm late, but Comcast are playing their Friday night in Huntington "Peak Hours" games again and I ended up getting my Mac Addy and IP Addresses blown all to Neverland by their phone techs who always tell me it's my equipment because they are clueless. Anyhow, I've got things jimmy-rigged for now and I'll work on restoring my phone router and house alarms tomorrow. I'm stalling whilst I upload a song or two, talk amongst yourselves.
