IIRC the phrase was "90% of the weapons reported by the Mexican gov't were found to come from the U.S." What the lairs failed to add that only approx. 15% of the recovered weapons were reported. So, the fact that 90% of that 15% was probably true. It also was not added what percentage of these weapons were Fast & Furious weapons which were recovered. It was only "important" to report that 90% of the recovered weapons came from the U.S.

They've known about and been tracking this guy for months.
They could have arrested him anytime.

If they didn't need to use his arrest to cover Holder's let-them-murder-border-agents butt they may have let him continue with his terrorism and then said Whoops I didn't read the memo.
