In this short but sweet denouement Tom Maguire whose blog, Just One Minute, is always a must read, pins Attorney General Eric Holder to the mat.

Eric Holder provides the smile du jour for this rhetorical surge:

That would stand in contrast to the investigation of CIA professionals on the front lines in the war on terror who have been investigated for their role in the enhanced interrogation program.

I won’t patronize his blog but if that’s all he said, he didn’t pin Holder to the mat. The “tu quoque” argument never does. It’s lame.

He should be made to stand before their widows and orphans and compelled to explain that his goal in the murder of their loved ones was to justify the draconian disarmament of our nation's law abiding citizens to leave them defenseless against his fellow lawless thugs.

If I buy a weapon for a felon and sell it to him knowing he can not legally possess it, I would be a felon. If the felon used the weapon in a murder, I would be an accessory to murder. This is an offense that Mr. Holder would be delighted to prosecute.

How stable is this Holder clown? Would it be out of the possibility if the heat gets too hot, he Vincent Fosters himself? I don't see how he gets out of this. He either is fully responsible and knew all about the program and green lighted it or as he said, he's an incompetent fool and doesn't read his memos or have a clue as to what's going on in the Justice Department. If he was smart he would be gone by Halloween, to “be with his family and pursue other interests.”

Maybe, we could offer him to Mexico for a peace offering after he allowed drug cartels to purchase weapons that killed Mexican citizens. Let Mexico take care of him.
