Kasich needs to work on getting his own popularity up. Due to the unpopularity of SB5 and the fickleness of Ohioans, he’s in the 30s...

“Cain has zero chance of winning the Republican nomination. “

...unless he get the votes. Think about it.

I asked someone else this in another Cain thread and got no response, so maybe you can answer. Can you explain how Herman Cain has helped secure the border, lower taxes, implement pro-life policies, implement pro-2nd Amendment policies, or implement any other conservative ideal?

Well that's a dumb question because he has never held a position that empowered him to do those things. I mean, it would be like asking Rick Perry come come he never invented anything at Apple.

I'm quite sure that Cain has a plan for all that you mention above should he be elected and if he does not, then certainly he should not be elected.

Well, the votes go state to state. Romney has pretty much of a lock on the major states...in fact, Romney can win the nomination with NO southern states.

Cain can’t compete in big media markets. He can retail in small, inconsequential states, but there’s not enough delegates to add up.

I’ll say one thing...if Zogby’s poll holds up, and Cain is up two to one over the whoever is second...then it shows that Cain can compete ANYWHERE, as the nomination will be a blowout. The state strategy doesn’t even matter if Cain gets twice the number of votes as the next person...as they’re using proportional delegates now.

We shall see.

Now that's funny, calling it dumb asking how a candidate for President of the United States has helped advance some of the most core conservative ideals. It's amazing that we're debating whether to nominate someone with absolutely no governmental experience to run one of the three major branches of a republican government.

It would be interesting to appoint people to various Department for purposes of dismantling them or at least seriously limiting their power. If they don’t do it now they probably never never will get another chance.

Well you make it seem like Herman Cain is going to be running the executive branch of the U.S. government singlehandedly. Well it just doesn't work that way. The President will have hundreds - thousands of key people in place that actually run the government. Based on Cain's career to date, he appears to have the knack for getting good people to work for him. A far cry from the "community organizer" we have in the position today who couldn't run an ice cream stand - nor know how to hire reliable people to run it for him.

Based on Cain's resume, I believe he has the best overall experience of any other candidate in the race - except maybe Romney - and that's not an alternative that most of us would want if we really want to advance the conservative agenda in Washington.
