It’s not going to happen so it’s just an annoying hypothetical.
I honestly think she didn’t run because she understood from the polling that she COULD conceivably get the nomination, but then could be the only way the Republicans could blow this election against Obama.
In which case it was quite a noble and wise decision. It takes a lot to fully admit to oneseelf that you’re so fundamentally disliked by such a large portion of the electorate needed to win, and that they are beyond being persuaded otherwise.
Yes you’re right. I’m a little disappointed but after hearing her reasons and thinking it over, I think it’s a good decision on her part. She’s a great campaigner and we do need help up and down the ticket. If I had a baby with downs syndrome I don’t think I’d run as they take a great deal of care. I appreciate that she took the time to consider it carefully though.
Both Cain and Perry have their good points & drawbacks. Except for Romney the other candidates don’t have a chance. Though Perry & Cain might make a good team. Cain’s got the corporate experience to deal with the crony capitalism and it does seem like one has qualities the other doesn’t. I don’t see why everyone thinks it’s Romney Cain is trying for a VP slot with. Cain has too much class.
While I doubt she’d do it, I’d love to see Palin as Sec. of State. She’d have the left’s panties in a wad & can you see her at the UN or dealing with Iran? She’s tough as nails.

I see two ways to interpret your statement, and I agree with both.
She doesn’t just have children, she has a child with downs syndrome and they require extra care. Her family has been through a lot. She’s not abandoning us...as she says, she’s reloading.
