The reason that he receives little credit is because he was too busy raping women and having ejaculations in the Oval Office to be taken seriously. I give him credit for that stupid and complicated TV Show rating system that pretty much allows TV shows to do what they want at anytime they want, and long as they display the correct codes at the beginning. Had the US Army kill men women and children at Waco Tx, Arkinside became common for many who knew too much about he and his wife (Vince Foster et al), the stolen FBI files of their political rivals, fired the entire travel office staff for no legal reason, fired every US attorney, gave top secret national security class info to China who now has military tech that matches our own, turned NATO weapons on the Serbs who loyal allies to the US, on and on and on.
