Actually, without the gaffe, I’d be all for what he says. Only to say it more accurately: I’d like the janitor to pay the same tax rate as the billionair.

I heard the clip. He could just as easily have been about to say "Junior" somethingorother and caught himself mid-word, as in "Ju...er Janitor".

Yep. But he doesn’t know that is what he is saying. Pretty comical, actually. The guy is a laughing stock and only adds fuel to the fire every time he opens his mouth - with or without a TOTUS.
