No, I think Ron Paul is a first rate traitor and a second rate RINO Republican.
I used to be a Ron Paul supporter. I know the little ins and outs. I know all about Lew Rockwell, Murray Rothbard, etc, etc.
Ron Paul is not a Conservative. Ron Paul is not a Libertarian. Ron Paul is a fraud. He will not get my vote and I will actively campaign against him. Soon, he’ll be an obscure footnote in American history.
I’m terrified. That doesn’t happen too often, mind you.
Hugzz!
One of these days, I’m going to use common sense. One of these days.....
Oh, well. There’s no unringing the bell. For a day or two, I’ll have the RuPaulista SS singing their Fuhrer’s praises and my ping page will be filled utter nonsense.
Sigh....
Who’s Ron Paul ?
Is he that old dude who looks and sounds like George McGovern ?
:)
Christie Creme Doughnut is ok if you don’t like the Second Amendment.
No more RINOs. Conservatives only.
It is late, however, I don’t think I ever explicitly said it was a magnet. But now that you bring it up, all the benefits that are bestowed on ILLEGAL aliens really are a magnet—the benefits that accrue starting at at birth~and now thru college...
Our country is over $14 TRILLION IN FUNDED DEBT (not to mention the unfunded liabilities).
We simply cannot afford funding ILLEGAL non-citizens. We cannot afford it as National Policy~which would likely be the case with Perry as Pres. as he passionately embraced the policy calling those who did not agree as heartless. Tho I am sure if I read stories of individual students, I would understand their plight, we cannot afford it as national policy. It is not a right!
It may be only 1% of enrollments, but as the number of students who have been here illegally increases, that percentage will likely rise.
Regardless of the percentage, I still think it is unfair to those who are legal citizens...especially to those who are playing by the rules...all the LEGAL IMMIGRANTS that came here, paid their dues, etc....
From what I have read today on FR, the Supremes mandated that ILLEGALS would have to be provided K-12 education. That does not mean it is their right to seek a college degree...
I may be in minority on this, but that is my opinion having put 3 thru college for 5+ degrees.
Right. I said it could change things, not that I prefer him to Perry. If he declares and he’s in the next debate, it will certainly rearrange the molecules.
You can call me on whatever you like. It still doesn’t change the fact that I once supported him and no longer do.
There is very little I don’t know about the Surrender Monkey or the traveling freakshow he calls a campaign.
Rearranging the molecules wouldn’t be a bad thing, I’ll grant you that.
Imagine how many molecules will be rearranged if a certain lady from Alaska enters the race.....
Forgot to add that they are competing for seats in classroom too...my daughter was wait-listed for 2 classes this fall-—she got in neither....which were required for her major and will necessitate her going an extra semester at her/my expense...
