Sarah Palin obviously isn’t even a declared candidate, but according to a new national poll she’s not only still well within the fray, but gaining speed:

I expected a “nothing” response. You didn’t disappoint.

But mention Gardasil and the Perry supporters freak. Ask something or make a point about where Perry gets donations from and the Perry supporters go nuts.

The reason people "freak out" is that most of this has been discussed over and over for years.

The ones I love most are "Rick Perry is gay;" and "Rick Perry is a womanizer."

If Sarah had served even a full term she probably would have made a few bad decisions...but, alas!...we'll never know because she quit.

It's sad that she has more trouble committing to run than to walk out on a commitment.

How about applying your own rules/logic? Can't do it? Or won't? Your reasoning below.

The reason people "freak out" is that most of this has been discussed over and over for years.

Won't is probably the truth.

As I said. Disagree with her political positions. All Perry supporters resort to is personal attacks. Oh and, as YOU stated, stuff that's been debunked for years. Such a shame that you can't apply thought evenly.

Lame is more like it. You have NO disagreement with Palins stands on government. You know Perry will parrot everything she says the next day. So you attack her personally.

(except for Cali, of course! LOL)

Large population of pissed off, extremely motivated people on one hand, and a completely dejected, demoralized voting block on the other. Might be pretty close. Cali is approximately 30 % of the needed EV's for the dems to win, a must have.

ROFLOL!

IMO, resigning, quitting, un-committing--whatever you wish to ignore calling it-- an elective office because it has become personally inconvenient, is a loud political statement.

Sarah hasn't been around for years...Gardasil has been debated longer than Sarah has been on stage.

Oh, I forgot! Sarah isn't on stage for the GOP Presidential debates!

So you attack her personally.

You Palin cultists are as bad as libs with your double standards!

Any criticism of Sarah is a "personal attack."

Any personal attack on Perry is "political."

You are only fooling yourselves.

So you are 1 of a handful of people who never bothered to get the story? Interesting. You bash her out of ignorance. But you'll cry if she doesn't endorse Perry.

Go find the truth. There is no excuse for a FReeper that does not. The left chooses to be ignorant. We conservatives search out the truth.

Obama has one year to right this ship.
And how will he do that? By declaring Amnesty in time for millions of Illegal Mexicans to vote.

He'll right the ship by putting all the illegals on the uphill side. :-)

If we could keep Los Angeles and San Francisco dems at home, then it would be close. In fact, we'd probably take it as the rest of the state is pretty conservative.

No and Perry, aglore’s friend is no better, and actually worse on several items, such as illegals and cronyism. And he did think judy would make a good president. And eaObummer will kill him with the social security issue.

I don't recall having said that I have any great government issues with what she says.

Who knows what she would do over the long haul...because she has never stayed over the long haul. It's one thing to talk...quite another to walk the talk...and she walked out when the going got tough!

I simply think that she is not ready for Prime Time!

I honestly believe she would learn a lot from JUST being mayor of a large city in the lower 48.

There are 700,000 people in Alaska...1,500,000 in San Antonio.

Herman Cain had more employees than Sarah had constituents.

What are your government issues with Perry? Don't go into Gardasil because that issue was resolved in TX years ago.

As I said, why she resigned has been talked to death. NEVER trust anyone that won't relinquish power for the good of the people.

What are your government issues with Perry? Don't go into Gardasil because that issue was resolved in TX years ago.

So you can twist why Palin resigned but don't touch Perry's issues.

I haven't time for games.

You have a nice day.

What is not being said in the replies is: “By 72 percent to 24 percent, Republicans and Republican-leaning independents do not want Palin to run for president in 2012. Even among tea party supporters - a group that likes Palin - 68 percent do not want her to run.”

Why do a large number of conservatives not want Sarah to run?

You bet VOTE!!! Worked McCain/Palin in our state. HARD!
Did it ONLY when Palin came on board.
Voted every election in my life, only thing is the ONLY President I have ever VOTED for was Ronald Reagan and I say that with great humility. The other Presidential elections, it has been defensive voting.
